My experience w Store It All Lakeway was fantastic. I rented one outdoor unit and three indoor units from late 2023 thru fall of 2025. I always felt that John and team had my back with regard to fair pricing, access and contract close out. John even let me borrow moving trucks (local) Free of charge on more than one occasion. I would highly recommend Store It All Lakeway. Cleanliness of units and exceptional management made the choice easy for me.

This place is great. John, the manager, always seemed to be there and is a great guy. Everything always worked. Access was always easy and the place seems very secure and is located in a nice area. I would absolutely use these guys the next time I need a storage unit in the Lakeway area.

John the property manager was extremely professional, friendly, informative, and went the extra mile to help me get a storage unit. I will definitely recommend this business to my associates. The unit was clean and treated for rodents/insects and the location is extremely convenient to Lakeway residents.

John has been simply exceptional from start to finish. The ease that he makes it to rent a storage unit surpasses other companies. I would like to mention that I had called after hours almost an hour after they had closed and John answered the phone simly because that is the ciustomer serbvoice her provides. I woul reccomend to anyone that needs help with renting a unit to go see John!!

Amazing customer service from the site manager, John. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and is so helpful and accommodating. He kept me updated as the movers were unloading my stuff and helped me problem solve and rearrange items. He made the whole process so simple and helped me along the way plenty due to this being my first time using a storage unit. The units are really nice and clean as well. It’s super safe and really well kept. Easy access and everything is very secure!
