I don't recommend it. I had an appointment scheduled to buy new tires, I arrived 10 minutes early, and they still took two and a half hours to complete the service. Furthermore, the offers they have on their website are fake; they advertised $50 off any service and also $25 off for booking the appointment online, but they didn't give me either discount.

This review is Atypical to most. I have been taking my vehicles to these folks for a couple of years now. They are honest about what they can & can not do. Recently, I asked them to repair the steering box and all the tricks that go with it in our 1996 E-150 conversion van. I called them to see if I could pick it up earlier than planned. They called me back within an hour or so and explained how rusted some of the components were, how OEM parts were needed, and that rushing to finish was not the safest thing to do. I sensed that they were more interested in my safety then my money. Thank you Sun Auto Lakeway.

I was previously charged $980 just to replace my car battery, even though the Mercedes dealer quoted around $680 including labor and the battery. I mentioned this in my Google review, and over a month later, I noticed Sun Auto had replied. I reached out again, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Michael, the district manager, responded sincerely and took the time to re-investigate whether the charge was accurate. After reviewing the case, they decided to issue me a partial refund.
They also offered several options for how I could receive the refund based on what was most convenient for me, and Phillip at the store was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process.
Because of their professionalism and willingness to make things right, my trust in Sun Auto has been restored.
Huge thank you to Michael and Phillip for their excellent customer service. I truly appreciate it.

Niiiice! As a woman I’m always paranoid that someone is going to “mansplain” about my vehicle. My experience at Sun auto was so the opposite. I was told what was wrong and what could be done and BASTA! The guys here are knowledgeable and super friendly. I even got a ride home when I dropped off my car! Five star service!
