Jeff at Twin Liquors in Lakeway is the best! He’s always so helpful and knowledgeable about wines and spirits. His recommendations are spot on every time, and he makes shopping here a great experience. This is my go-to liquor store in the area!

A group of friends and I stopped here, and two of us waited in the car. We’re all in our mid to late 20s. The cashier, who was overly nosy and rude, asked for the IDs of the friends purchasing liquor and then questioned them about the people waiting in the car—implying we were buying for minors. He ultimately refused us service without reason. The interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional.

If I could I would give them 0 stars this location is very Racists my husband and I went into this location and from the start we were discriminated against. I could believe the manager had the nerve to ask if we knew what area we were in like we couldn't afford what we came to purchase. We left i will never spend money with this location

Lakeway location is the best shop in the Austin area. Shopped here since 2011. Always helpful and always offering new things to expand the palate! Staff is quite knowledgeable and engaging. I have learned a ton about amaros, champagnes, whiskies , and rums shopping here.

Our twins is a one stop shop. I’ve purchased my Lalo tequila, limes and champs there. Any time I need a rec there’s always someone there to give me a personalized suggestion.

Great place and convenient however hit or miss with customer service. Cashier was unnecessarily rude and I left very upset.

Yeah I’m new to the area and I needed to pick up a small bottle of cordial for a Christmas recipe. I called a bunch of places and this place had it. the people were very kind. great location good prices. They deserve a5 star all day. I recommend this place. AR

Worst employee experience ever at a twin liquors. Super rude especially the lady that been there since 2014. The workers are also not knowledgeable about liquor in the slightest. Not that great of a selection either.

Although their in-store prices are consistently higher than Total Wine's, they are willing to offer price matching, which saves me the inconvenience of making an extra trip.
