If I could give negative stars I would give -1000 stars. This is undoubtedly the worst post office ever!!!! How do we fix this? Who do we contact to get action?
We bought a duplex there 4 months ago and have yet to be able to get our mail! The post office gave us new keys and said they would have our boxes( which, by the way, we have no idea what the numbers of our boxes are) changed to match these keys in 2 weeks. We tried every box 2 weeks later and we were able to open one box that had mail for a different address, not ours. After multiple visits to the rude postal workers, we have no keys and no idea when we will ever get them. Meanwhile, our mail and packages sit somewhere. Truly pathetic customer service!!!

I have a slip to pick up a package, so I walked into the lobby and hit the buzzer in the designated area. No one came to the door for over four minutes. So I simply asked the employees helping people in the ‘regular’ line if there was anybody in the back that would be answering my buzz. Without looking at me, he said, “have you seen me move?“. I wasn’t exactly sure what that meant, so I simply repeated, “I’m just trying to figure out if I’m wasting my time in line”. He repeated, “have you seen me move, I’m helping people in my line”.
I then began to think that maybe he would be the one to get my package, but he had already helped all of the people who were in his line when I walked into the lobby. So if he was supposed to be working in the back also, he should have helped me by this point.
I buzzed four more times, no one ever came, and I left 10 minutes after arriving with no package in hand. I told him thank you for the GREAT customer service as I walked out the door. Unbelievably Pathetic service. He clearly had no interest in being helpful in any way.

At our community mailbox for the street, the out going mail slot has been full for several weeks. No one can out out going mail in it. Some had put a letter to mail out but it has not moved! I am guessing some of my missing mail is probably in there too!!

Terrible! So disorganized and waited over 20 minutes at the side Dutch doors to get my mail key to my new house just to be told they don’t have any keys for 2 weeks.

Black man with a bald head and tattoos, has the worst attitude. When I walked in, he was complaining about some other people getting on his nerves, and then when it was my turn to mail something out of the country, his voice was condescending as if I work at the post office and can see all the tiny little boxes they have.
Are they the best employees you can find? Do better.

They didn’t have internet when I arrived so they couldn’t ship with tracking or print shipping labels… and there was construction at one entrance and truck stopped blocking the other entrance so had to drive all around to find out how to get to the entrance. Also employee was so mean and not apologetic at all about the fact that they couldn’t ship my 5 items I needed shipped TODAY. So annoying

Apparently I'm very unlocked because every time I try to use this usps location, something is either broken, not working, internet out or there's a lack of employees and the line is out the door. And customer service stinks...I've had better experiences at the DMV.

Worst service possible, looks and feels like a prison inside, they don’t accept card, their internet is down, and they barely even have a parking lot. One person working on a busy Saturday. They don’t have passport services and they lost my mail! And I pay their salary?

The carrier/mail person that delivers to my office, never reads the shipping label and the suite number. Delivers to a random office in my complex. I can't afford to ship to my office any more. Then it takes 1 hour to file a complaint on the phone. This is a joke.

Like all of you, I sometimes get frustrated with wait times and occasionally not opening on time. However, working for the USPS can’t be easy and I feel that the people who work here are actually courteous with a snails on their face and always give me the right information when I go there for all sorts of things from mail holds, certified mail, buying stamps, etc. 5 stars.

Held a package “at customer request” that I never asked for a hold on. Took over 40 minutes at the office to retrieve the actual package.
