I have a small business account with many lines and pay a pretty penny to Verizon every month. Been to this location in the past and they have been helpful and nice. Today went in for quick help with an issue and the guy wanted to charge me $40 for the help. When I refused and stated I have a business account his response was "I don't like doing work I'm not going to get credit for." Seriously???? What kind of customer service is that? And if that location isn't a real Verizon store that provides customer help with accounts then they shouldn't have VERIZON slapped on their storefront. Hope some manager sees this and provides Business and Customer Service 101 to their staff.

I had an appointment on Saturday (5/13) at 10:00 and I received confirm email. I got there around 10:05 but they didn’t open and I went there again around 11:00 still closed. I went there now (12:30 pm), they DIDN’T OPEN yet. They messed up my weekend plan. Even one star is a waste for review.

Myself and my mother went to this dealer because it was local to my area. I had spoken to one other representative who had helped me plan what to do with my family cellular plan.On Christmas Eve, mid afternoon Kennedy was working by himself and took on the job odd task of doing a phone upgrade and transfer on the same account. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and informative as to where we were at in the process.The transfer took over three hours and of course other customers came in and he helped them but also made sure our ticket was the priority as we were there previously.He was working with Verizon support and it became obvious that this local technician knew far more than the voice in the phone, which after a 2 hour phone call ended in a “transfer to the next level” dropped call. Kennedy still figured it out. I am thankful that there are young people out there that give honest opinions, will work to get the job done, and are charismatic enough to effortlessly make it seem like they enjoy being at their highly underpaid job. This guy deserves more but if you are looking at buying a new phone or need help with your account, this place can help.

horrible. sloppy service. they had one person working there who hardly acknowledged me. I highly recommend you stay away from here because it's clear nobody cares about anyone's time here.

ZERO stars. do not go here. I have had the worst experience every single time. I actually went to a further Verizon today (just to avoid this place) and they were closed. My only choice was to go here. For some reason every time I go to this location it takes HOURS for the most simple things such as purchasing a phone. I can't say it enough. DO NOT GO HERE.

HORRIBLE. I will never go to this store again. They blatantly lied and did not issue the funds my account was insured. This place is a scam and needs to be put out of business. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau. STAY AWAY.

This is the WORST Verizon ever. I have had nothing but problems here. It is never a good sign when you walk in and the lady walking out is rolling her eyes and tells you she spent five hours there the day before. Not only did they not follow through on an order for my mother a few weeks ago. They gave me false information regarding trading in my sons phone. I have no idea where they are finding these employees but unless you have an entire day to waste, I don't recommend going here.

Store hours were incorrect on Verizon and Google. Ordered a phone and they were not open. Locked my account up and have had issues for 4 straight days!!!!

Excellent customer service. Armando, the manager, was amazing. He devoted hours to resolving problems related to our transfer of service from another carrier. He remained polite and professional while dealing with some rude and unhelpful employees of our prior service provider. He went above and beyond expectations. It is great to find a cellular company that is so dedicated to customer service
