This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are always slow. They are often closed during hours that they shouldn't be. They overcharge more than most pharmacies. Last time I went they gave me someone else's adderall prescription by accident instead my own medication. Just an absolute joke of a pharmacy. If I worked at Walgreens corporate, I'd get rid of this pharmacist. Just the worst.

Never assume the little old ladies that work here are going to be sweet little old ladies. The lady who checked me out was extremely rude and crabby. I'm talking SO rude that it was completely unnecessary and a little comical....but still, shockingly bad.

If I could get negative stars to this location I would!! The hours are ridiculous!!! 10-6????? They are never ready on time, don't call when ready Even though I've request that numerous times. Always out of meds an offer for me to drive to the downtown location to refill. Not to mention how lackadaisical they are at their job an interest in helping you at all. This location is close to a dollar store service at most!

I've been frequenting this Walgreens location for over eight years now, and I've never taken the time to state how great the overall customer service is. Whether in the beauty area, pharmacy, or check out, every single staff member has gone out of their way to assist me in any way possible when needed. To me, that means the management team must be stellar. [Clap clap emoji!] Bravo!Andddddd...I recently received my Covid 19 booster shot. It was very simple to schedule online - the day before! - and I was in an out in 15 minutes! Thank you!

This location deserves more than 5 stars. First, we have used the in-store lab and the tech is always so friendly and great service. Then today we had to get medicine for my child and we were trying to get to Walgreens ASAP before they closed.... we were at light and we're going to be a minute or so late, so I called the Pharmacist and asked if she could please wait.... she said "sure no problem I will wait," and she did. If it wasn't urgent we wouldn't have asked since it's Christmas Eve... but she went above and beyond and was so friendly waiting on us. Thank you to the Pharmacist and staff!

Very bad service. Can't believe fedex is parterning with such third rate stores with no idea about customer service! I had to post important documents and they didn't have envelope to post it. The rep told he is not sure if documents would be safe to post even! Fedex has NO full service store in Lakeway/TX 71 Hwy area while has UPS has 5/6 stores. What a shame!

I'm pregnant and this is my local Walgreens that I always go to for photo services and general drug store needs. Tonight February 16th at about 10:30 I stopped here on my way home from work to rest for a few minutes as I was feeling sick. Not even 5 minutes later as I sat in my car minding my own business a woman came knocking on my window saying that they were closed and it was illegal for me to be "loitering" in the parking lot. She then proceeded to stalk me in her own car (which I'm pretty sure had other people in it) and made me feel so extremely fearful / uncomfortable that I had no choice but to leave despite not feeling as though I was ready to drive again. Sad that I chose Walgreens thinking it'd be my safest option. That woman should be ashamed of herself for harassing *any* woman for sitting alone in their car and doing absolutely nothing wrong. I'll never give this location my business again.

Had to pick up items from pharmacy here and wish I could have rated this location 5 stars but unfortunately I wasn't pleased with service. Not so nice behavior never uttered any questions regarding what I am needing just hurry quick get what you need and get out attitude. Craving for someone to understand my needs and wants it felt short of the grim reality " we just want to not wait on anyone right now rudness" I did wait for a while and didn't get any calls or anything then after a long wait the front desk woman said opps we called your name on the intercom but by that time had to take a call on my cell. Harsh I know , but I been to many walgreens and happy with most. Do not recommend this location but if I get desperate enough I try again overall store clean orderly orher parts of store ok ...plentyof parking. Happy yelping!

Flu shot? Not today if you are under 65 years old. Come back tomorrow? No thanks. (They get 3 stars though because they did a good job the one time I had them fill a prescription.)

After having numerous horrendously bad experiences with CVS in the Target in Bee Cave, I decided to go back to my "home towns" drug store, Walgreens. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store is EXTREMELY well stocked, very clean and easy to find things. The pharmacy staff is very courteous as well. My only complaint is the wait time for checking out and the long lines at the drug counter. I think this issue could be solved with the addition of more staff during peak times

The absolute worst customer service at a pharmacy I've ever experienced. On multiple occasions I've waited in a 6 plus car line for 45 min! One car held the entire line up! My last attempt to pick up my RX I decided I would go inside. Once I was inside I saw the pharmacy employees saying curse words to each other about a customer. I completely understand the stress of being in the medical industry especially at the beginning of the year with new insurance plans but there is no excuse to say inappropriate things about customers in front of other customers. If there is an issue with a customer in the car line they need to politely ask the customer to come inside so they can better serve them and attend to the line of cars waiting. This process is done inside so why not in the car line. Or maybe open the second drive through line ! It's not rocket science! I asked the employee that finally checked me out if she was aware there were about 6 or 7 cars in line outside and her response was "oh well , we don't care people will just have to deal with it." Wow. Well no people don't have to "deal" with it they can take their business a hundred other places and I hope they do .

Well, we came in on Saturday to get pictures developed for a project for my daughter for Monday. They said they could get it done in minutes, had some technical difficulties and Said it would be another 20 min. Then with some more technical difficulties they said they needed more time but it would be minutes. We said no problem we can come Sunday to pick them up and they said it would def be done. After work on Sunday , I came by at 7pm and they said it will was having trouble. I asked them why they didn't call me they said "I don't know". Unreliable, unprofessional, and rude. Now we are stressing to get this project done.

Don't buy chocolate from this place. Bought some chocolate today and when I got home I noticed the expiration date was last year
