Had an urgent wire transfer. This location didn't answer the phone and it didn't even go to a voice message - just rang and rang. I called the Bee Cave location where they answered immediately and were very helpful. Why does Wells Fargo have at least three 'brick and mortar' locations within about 5 miles of each other with such different levels of service?

Went in to cash a check and the manager Mr.Wade was not helpful. He said I have been here 10 years. I thought to my self. The only reason you have been here 10 years is because your supervisors do not know how rude you are to customers. If they did you would be a manager for the collections department. I am sure he would be excellent at anything that did not deal with the public. I had some great experience with bankers from Wells Fargo. Sadly this manager needs to be retrained on how to treat customers.

All I can say is , "Wow"! I went in the bank to do some routine banking and found everyone there so friendly, helpful and happy. I left with a smile on my face. Well done, guys!
