I deal with the pharmacy on an almost weekly basis. They have been so helpful and professional. I used to stress about my pharmacy visits, but that is no longer the case. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to ensure that I have my medications on time, that they are covered by insurance (even if he has to call to sort things out), and that he offers the greatest customer service. I’m very happy to do business here and hope to continue recommending them for pharmaceutical needs.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Went to ER took them the scrips. Waited several hours, finally called they said oh we are just waiting for pharmacist to review. Ok wait a couple more hours. Sorry we don’t have it and we don’t expect your insurance. Which is excepted at every other CVS. Had to rush to big spring to fill it before they closed. Not what you want to do when your sick

The cashier named Sue Ann said I could check myself out when I asked her if she would please check me out. Very rude did not want to check me out! Sue Ann. She said I could use the self-checkout register and I don't know how to use it

Laziness overload! Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. Called. No response. No return phone call.. Didn't have what I needed when I drove 24 miles. Sorry. We are lazy!!!!!!!

This pharmacy has been extremely difficult to work with. I transferred from a Lubbock CVS which always took care of our pharmacy needs month to month, no surprises and good communication. Every month it’s something new at this location. They don’t seem to know how to bill our insurance correctly, they take weeks dispense antibiotics that are critical to my sons health. They are always in a rush to get off the phone when I’m needing anything looked into. The pharmacy techs are friendly in person which is the only upside. Please do not deal with this pharmacy if you’re needing consistency every month.

Never have the medication in stock even after ordering it for months straight. Ice cream is all freezer burnt and half the groceries are expired.

Pharmacy would not transfer prescription as requested. I went in to location Monday and told them to just fill it then, they said well we can't until Wednesday. Pharmacist himself stated from the back he would go ahead and transfer it now ( Monday). Called new pharmacy today (Wednesday) and they have still not received it. New Pharmacy called this location and they told them they were too busy to send it!!!!

Couldn't find what I was looking for and they helped me find it. Very helpful employee, but super high prices. Didn't even purchase it because prices are crazy. Love to support my local stores, but the prices are way too high.

I will not be doing business with cvs pharmacy again. My daughter's Dr called her in a prescription for pain. The Pharmacist complained to dr about how inappropriate the medicine that was being called in to be filled. Dr. said pharmacist was very rude and basically said no. My daughter goes by to pick up prescription before her surgery pharmacist got really nasty at her she was almost in tears. After several attempts dr finally got pharmacist to fill prescription. I go by pick up medicine and pharmacist tells me my daughter is a lie and needs to get her brain checked. I am outraged at these accusations. I have never been treated or talked to like this by a pharmacist. Far a professional that is the most unprofessional i have seen in a pharmacist and since when does a pharmacist tell a Dr. No!!
