Really helpful people, even after the sale. Knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. Had a death in family and Brandon, Travis, and Garth went out of the way to help me. Would give a 6 if possible.

This store lied to me about it being cheaper to switch to a post paid account. I was hit with over $200 in payments and then they refused to fix the situation. They turned me away and I had to drive an hour away to another store to fix the issues and get my account corrected. Manager at Lampasas was unwilling to do a simple fix.

Travis and Garth are wonderful at their jobs and very helpful I feel they go above and beyond for their customers. Even if you aren't an At&t customer they don't try n sale you something to meet a quota they are a blessing I think if you need any kind of phone, internet, or tv service this is the place I would recommend without a doubt.

Brandon and Travis are top notch-helpful, knowledgeable, professional. Give them a raise and don’t lose them. AT&T - not as much. Deals are only for certain plans, which is exactly what they say they don’t do in their ads.
