WARNING: SERVICE RIPOFF AVOIDED!!
Wife's Jeep Wrangler ecodiesel was in twice for CEL (code p0299 low turbo boost). After 2 visits they 'determined' the charge air pipe was leaking (which I told them lol)
The service advisor James said it would be $1,122 +tax to replace and sent a quote as I requested. I was about to be ripped off so I picked up the Jeep instead.
The actual part was $200 (vs $367) which I ordered from another dealer. This was a 20 minute job to replace the pipe WHICH BENNY BOYD SERVICE WAS GOING TO CHARGE $675 LABOR + $80 SHOP SUPPLIES!!!! FOR A 20 MINUTE JOB!!
Replacing the pipe:
1. Remove engine cover and air filter. (2 bolts cover, 4 screws to remove air filter.)
2. Remove air filter box (1 bolt)
3. Loosen clamp holding pipe to after cooler, unclip other end from intake, remove pipe.
4. Put new pipe in and re tighten.
A 20 minute job Benny Boyd would have charged over $700 to do!
Benny Boyd's service department is merely an extension of their sales department. It is designed to extract as much $$$ from the unsuspecting/uneducated.

Let’s see I can start with the first day I received the car and the MPH said 111 whoever delivered wanted to test that 6.4L . I can’t prove anything but I know your not suppose to go over a certain RPM untill 1000 miles or something. Let’s go to I’m on a waiting list for a loaner call for 2 weeks just to get told they can’t give them out unless you have a Texas license, but AVIS and ENTERPRISE does. I don’t know why they assume everybody has a Texas license. I don’t plan on ever coming here again so I don’t care about this review.
