Ms Kathy was the best! Unfortunately she had to sell the company to some investment group from California. Never see them here. I give this place 3 stars simply because of the affordable rates. Honestly though, if you rent here then you need to be careful. Somehow mice always get into my building and end up making nests. Now I am losing so much of my stuff.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service, will not answer the phone, ever. She said we will get a full refund, but we have not received anything. Storage unit has a leak right above the door, and it has a huge gap under the door allowing rodents in. This morning we get charged for the unit. She has yet to answer the phone in 2 weeks.

We have used lampasas self storage for the last few years and never had a problem. They have always been great when we had to contact them about a problem or question.

Danny was amazing and got us taken care of quickly and cheaply! Love that he's a veteran and he was very available and much appreciated! I would recommend Lampasas storage to anyone.

I cannot give a review of how these new owners are because it is too soon, however, I have had storage here for about 2 years. The new owners as of about May 2022- raised my storage rent by ALOT. I did not appreciate $25 MORE a month. This was a real ouch to my budget. I can see a $10 raise but this I am going to feel.
