I'm not too pleased with the fact that the phone service at this bank has been out for over a week. Not everyone is able to check their account online? Unbelievable, this large bank can't get a land line fixed any faster than this?

My out of state bank advised me to go to a local bank to request a teller withdrawal. When I went to this bank to inquire I was met with incredible confrontational hostility from the women there. I left quickly as I don't have time for that negativity and hate. I then went to Bancorpsouth across the street who also couldn't do it, but they were the sweetest ladies. My advice to anyone seeking a banking relationship is Bancorpsouth, they are very kind and real humans, opposed to First State Bank in Lampasas who were very hateful, possibly demonic beings.

Don't go here for a mortage loan. Took way longer than it should have to get to our closing date and we had to reach out continuously to see what we needed to get done. Some documents we had to resend multiple times. There is no reason it should have taken that long considering we had everything we needed to get a loan. We probably could have got a much better interest rate, but that's our fault for not shopping around more. Not impressed with bank.

Lost my business. Lot of good people but it only takes one to ruin a good thing. Thank y’all but their are banks in town with better ratings and customer service. Nothing personal just doing the smart thing and moving on.

This has been my go to for funding for 20 plus years. They are very accommodating, professional, caring. First state Bank of Burnet , lampasas branch have gone above and beyond to keep our business funded. They are greatly appreciated, Asap Towing Justin and Cassidy McGehee

First State Bank of Burnet was great to work with. They took over a loan that another mortgage company couldn't do and we were able to close in two weeks.

Really wish this bank would stop closing out my account pending deposit ? it's incredibly inferiating to check your account, and account has been closed without notification from the bank. I have an active checking account, and this is the second time I've had to call.
