Used this place for 15 years but they’ve just gone downhill. Will give you your vehicle back repaired with used cheap parts, and won’t fix everything. I honestly am beyond disappointed in the quality of work this shop puts out now.

These are some of the most honorable people I have met in the car repair business. It is a very difficult time when you have car issues and there are many businesses that try and exploit that vulnerability, but not these folks.They genuinely care and do everything they can to get your vehicle fixed properly and do an awesome job of being open and honest about the process. All questions and concerns are taken seriously and you know what is the status of your repair the entire time.Hillcountry Collision Lampasas works with all the major insurance companies and has good relations with them, which enables the claims to be dealt with fairly and quickly.The entire staff is professional and the work they do is top notch! We have not yet used the services, but we did go to get an estimate at Hillcountry. We just want to recognize that Hillcountry was prompt to greet us, performed the estimate on the spot, and took our contact information to send us the estimate in the near future. Highly recommend using this shop. I brought an SUV in to have the windshield and rear window replaced. They accepted the vehicle the next day and replaced the glass within 3 days. My truck came back clean and there has been no issue with leaks.I brought another car in to have the bumper repaired after a rear end collision. Again, they accepted my car within 2 days and I had it back 9 days later. Interior and exterior very clean and detailed. Rental car company drive from Copperas Cove to deliver a rental for use during my repair. I loved that the shop had this option available.For both vehicles they listened to my concerns and what I wanted. They did their best to find options and pricing that worked best. I took my new truck here together some body work done after an accident. They were the most amazing people I could have hoped for. They handled calling the insurance company, they stayed in constant contact with me and even arranged the rental car to be there so I would just be able to drop my truck off and pick up the rental.
