I overfilled my tire pressure at an automatic gas station machine and made it to Lampasas from Killeen and my car showed that the tires were way too full. I asked if they could take some air out and they were so helpful and kind. I completely recommend them and will make the drive to being my car here for servicing!

We recently visited Lampasas Lube in Lampasas, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The manager, Rusty, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel right at home. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that our delivery van was well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

I just bought a new used car. I love it and drive it a lot. The oil life was showing it needed a change and I wanted to put my money in a local place so I found Lampasas lube and tire. I pulled in and asked for an oil change and to have them look at the fuel filter. Here's where it almost got derailed. The technician laughed at me and said this thing doesn't even have a fuel filter...I got mad cause well that was rude but I still needed an oil change. Rusty had me step inside and came to ask about my oil choice. I do know cars so I asked about the fuel thing again because I knew something was going on with the fuel system. He gave me some information about the system and we did a file system cleaning on it. Rusty made sure i I was aware that it might not fix the issue but that it could and I gave him the go ahead. When I paid I asked that they check the tires and the man who laughed earlier emerged and walked me through all the checks and information I needed to make the correct decisions for my car. While his first response was not necessarily wonderful and I could have been upset by showing grace I was able to get good information from a knowledgable young man. I got a great service by professionals who didn't take advantage of my ignorance. In a world where people are run by emotions it was a great opportunity for grace and kindness. I definitely recommend Rusty's place.
