I know this time of year they are just overwhelmed with packages, and yet they get it done. I’ve been living in Lampasas over a year and have yet to have a missing package. I have had some mis delivered mail, but honestly that is so minor in the grand scheme of things. I think it’s easy to forget that the postal service is ran by humans, and all of us make mistakes. I make errors in my job too, I just don’t have an entire society scrutinizing me. I am impressed with the service from Lampasas Post Office. When my mom was struggling with her hold mail, we put in a ticket to the supervisor and we were called within 24 hours. I think that’s awesome. Keep going Postal People, I know there’s a lot of people who choose to focus on the negative but thank you for the hard work you do every day.”
