I will never buy another car from Proctor again. My daughter saved up 3000 to put down on a car, bought the Chevy cruze, she made payments of 335 for at least 3 years. That car barely ran, it was in the shop more than on the road. It was a lemon the day we drove it off the lot. You can't keep doing people like this, before Karma comes for you. Now my daughter doesn't have a car at all, we paid it off and are trying to sell it to a junk yard. I never knew he would do this to us, because I bought several other cars from him. There should be a law against businesses that sell lemons to hard working people. As much as my daughter paid for that junk she could have got a new car at a dealership, at least she would have had a warranty. Don't do it.

Sold me a lemon and I put over $3000 down car failed in the first 30 days still wanted payment offer no help but to give me more time for it do not recommend. I’m out over $4000 in less than 90 days

I would never buy from Procter I tested drove one of his 2019 Ford edge and I told him something was wrong with it so he took it off the lot and said his mechanic was going to look at it and it’s been so I been waiting for the Ford edge for about four weeks and I keep calling to get up dates on the car and he tells me his mechanic is out sick so I had to go somewhere else to look so Procter knows what was wrong with the car and it’s still not on the lot and he still has it listed

Liars. Told me to come down and they would take my trade. Drove 30 minutes for them to say, “we don’t take those trucks” Gas costs too much for scammers and liars… Then they didn’t want to show me the truck. Tried to sell me on one that had a knock in the engine and an airbag fault instead. Stay far away.

Got a veichle there it cost me the same amount to get the veichle fixed it had issues after issues and its kinda hard to get things fixed when your on a fixed income

My husband and I bought a vehicle through Kole awhile back and so happy did! Kole is always upbeat and just an overall good guy. We got a great car lpw miles and a good price. I highly recommend the guys @Proctors. Not your average used car lot. Update.. we are now on our fifth vehicle through this company and we've never been happier!

Bought a car cash down paid off a 2yr note in 1 year . Son thinking of buying and they wouldn't budge off price if we got a loan at bank so wouldn't buy the vehicle he was looking at. If they want to keep good paying customers they put to work with them. Public relations isn't what it use to be. Sad

They're great if you buy a car with no issues. If you buy a car or truck with engine codes coming up within a week after buying it, good luck trying to get them to take it back or fix the issue without charging you for labor.
