Rented a uhaul truck online for a day use added two dollys as well. Upon arrival we had no dollys in our truck and online representative told us to go inside and talk to the location. When I did that, I was waiting for over ten mins (25 mins after check in time). When the guy finally came up front and I told him uhaul said to talk to them because we did mobile pick up and the dollys where not there. He then got an attitude and asked me if I had an attitude I said well I’m frustrated because I rented truck for 4 hours and I’m now down to 3.5 hrs because of this. He said you know what, call uhaul and tell them bout it. I don’t have to serve you, it’s not my problem get off my property. I called and reported it to uhaul and she confirmed he had the dollys for us in stock. Oh and btw the truck drove horrible. Steering wheel was shaking and was all over the road. Complete nightmare. We will not be using this automotive center or uhaul ever again. Complete trash customer service.

Great for if you were moving but trucks are really expensive great customer service
