We came here from Killeen to get our passports. They were amazingly fast, professional, and saved us alot of time. I couldn’t get my passport because I brought the wrong paper but my wife and child were done in about 20 minutes. Super awesome!

We came here to get our passports renewed, We were very careful to have all our required documents on hand. The two ladies manning the counter were exceptional!. The passport lady was very kind. It took us less than 10 minutes to turn over the application, get our pictures taken and sign the applications. WHAT A GREAT PLACE. EXCELLENT staff.

Dropped off two items of mail at the Lampasas post office on a Saturday morning. They never got to their destinations and one was a bill with a check in it. I don't know if you do or don't but you need to have a camera on that box out there and you need to fix it we're a little kid can't stick their arm down in it. I physically saw a kid with another kid at a post office at night in Austin and one had his arm up to the armpit down in the box outside pulling the mail out.

Today my husband and I had an appointment to get our first passports. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. She literally acknowledged we were here for our passports. She took two customers before asking if we did the application. After I said no she hands it to us. She was already trying to deny us service because of the application but we had 4 minutes before the appointment. We still attempted to do it before time. 4 minutes after the appointment she tells us she can’t help us and tells us to go to the county office. I asked why because we were on time and the other lady said we should’ve done our research and we needed to arrive early. (Which we did!). Their customer service is trash. Thankfully we were able to get assistance from the county office. Never again!!!

They suck, but unfortunately we have no other options. They pick what days they feel like delivering mail, and if the mailman doesn't feel like coming to our house our outgoing mail doesn't get picked up. I went down to mail out packages Tuesday and they were all supposed to be delivered Friday, today is Saturday and 1 of them is getting to it's destination today which is normal, but 2 of them won't even be there until who knows when, and they haven't even sent 2 of them out of their facility. Clearly no one is doing their job properly cause they should've all been sent on the same day since they were all taken in on the same day.

They do not deliver packages. Live in the county, and we have community lock boxes. There is no excuse for not getting a package because there is a big box with a key to unlock it. This is not my first time having problems with the post office. Put in your complaints. Better yet fire the post master. He's the one that makes the calls for highering and putting up stupid community lock box's in the county. He's the one that highers people. He needs to go.

If I could give them 1 star I would. The delivery driver is a completely incompetent. He is not delivering my mail at all to my box. And is reporting that my address does not exist. Well I took pictures and went into the post office and showed them and asked where my mail and packages are? They said they do not see that I have anything yet I have emails from package orders that say the delivery was not able to be completed. So basically they gave me no answer. My drivers license was in the mail and was supposed to be delivered today and she said well he doesn’t have it. So where is all my stuff then?

This week I have heard and seen the postal vehicles in the morning in the dark and delivering at night in the dark. I know this time of year they are just overwhelmed with packages, and yet they get it done. I’ve been living in Lampasas over a year and have yet to have a missing package. I have had some mis delivered mail, but honestly that is so minor in the grand scheme of things. I think it’s easy to forget that the postal service is ran by humans, and all of us make mistakes. I make errors in my job too, I just don’t have an entire society scrutinizing me. I am impressed with the service from Lampasas Post Office. When my mom was struggling with her hold mail, we put in a ticket to the supervisor and we were called within 24 hours. I think that’s awesome. Keep going Postal People, I know there’s a lot of people who choose to focus on the negative but thank you for the hard work you do every day.

The post office itself is fine if you have to take something in to be mailed, but our driver has repeatedly forced packages that are too large into our mailbox with other mail inside behind them, damaging countless bills/flat packages/catalogs/etc. I've tried to call and complain, probably 20 attempted calls in total, but no one ever answers the phone.
