I stop by to inquire, I walked in no one greeted me or ask if i needed help with anything so I walked to the front of the store one associate looked at me and proceeded to fix on furniture while the other continued to sing along with the radio.. trash customer service

I hate to post a negative review but I called later in the afternoon around 6:30 and this very rude, unethical, unprofessional lady answered and had me on hold until 7 so she didn’t have to answer a simple question. PLEASE FIRE HER GHETTO A$$! You are paid to do your job like everyone else. What a distasteful experience ??

Put in to get sectional furniture with 55 inch TV and everything sound great until they called me and told me that they do not deliver in these certain apartments but they deliver next door. Wow!!

This is a great store . Everyone is very nice. I have a TV Washer and dryer. Good payments where I can pay them. Off . I couldn't afford too buy them outright. Keep up the great work ?

This store is a freaking joke...If I could give zero stars I would. The "lifetime" reinstatement is just a gimmick to get you to buy. When you try to use it they can't find your information or they try to get you for more months than you originally had. After this I will be posting to the BBB site and finding me an attorney to see if I have grounds to sue.
