Ask for receipt for my wife units G. Evans. the young man that works there said they do not print receipts he said company policy he got very rude . I insist on asking for receipts on the 3 units l paid for he finally printed it took at least 5-10 minutes and I was the only customer there, poor customer service said if I'm not happy with the option they offer I should think of something to do in the future. He will note it for his records.

Yes I had a account for almost 2 years. Lately they have been taking out money from my account without permission and no I don't have automatic pay set up. So I called to try and get my money back and this guy answers stating he would tell the manager but instead when I call all of a sudden he is the manager and will not give me my funds back even though I didn't authorize the payment. Do not go to this place. Customer service from this guy is horrible. Do not go to lancaster storage smdh

Horrible customer service from moment I walked in. Had me go get a lock came back and drilled me about the lock I had then proceeded to double team me because I said it would be nice to know about lock before I got there. (My opinion.) Thry then refused me service because they didnt agree with my opinion. They seemed really racist.

I have been renting a storage room for 4 years now and have been set up on auto pay for years. I get a call last month that my auto pay was expiring soon since my debit card expired. The lady was very nice, and she was able to take the payment over the phone with my account and routing number and stated she will put me back on auto pay. This month I receive a text message that my room has not been paid. I call in and the so-called Manager there was very rude. He refused to provide me with corporate number said I had to look for it myself. I reached out to the property in Desoto who was very nice, and she gave me the number. Seems that the so-called Manager could have taken my payment however was being difficult. I was told he was new which does not give him the right to be rude. I called corporate office and Jason seemed to not understand why he would not take the payment. He stated there must have been a good reason for it. Since no one seems to know what is going on I will be vacating my unit. That is ridiculous that I have been paying for a unit 4+ years and to be treated with disrespect is not how it should be. I will not recommend this place anymore. I would send all my residents to them as I am a property manager. I will not do that anymore.

Great service, warm homey feeling when visiting the office. They are very helpful and kind. I felt happy whenever I encountered them. I will only store with them.

The worse customer service ever! The black woman whom is the weekend Manager is terrific. She is so helpful and has excellent customer service. But, that obeyed woman whom works during the week has the nastiest attitude ever.

Please run from the place ??♀️. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The older white lady told me she has things to do and I need to hurry up. She was very defensive , argumentative and her demeanor was so rude. She then told me the owner has 9 locations as if my business didn’t matter. I refuse to spend my money where I’m not valued as a customer. COME AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

I stopped in to purchase a single box since the shipping company across the street was fresh out. The owners are a dynamic duo. They offer top notch service along with great conversation. They are very warm and welcoming. They even provided me with a couple of extra tokens of appreciation. I highly recommend their services. Thank you and I will be a repeat customer.

I rented a storage unit for my mom to move her here to Texas with me and the process was easy. The black girl at the front desk was very nice upon check in, she helped with any questions I may have had and let me view a few before choosing a size. Once it was time to move out Antoinette was very helpful. I never rented a storage before so I didn't know the process. She was very patient and understanding when I didn't understand and helped us to fix a situation with no problems. If I need to rent again I wouldn't mind renting here!
