Delivered to this facility for a 7 am appointment ..... I was given a dock door right away & was immediately being unloaded ..... Staff & gaurd was polite & friendly ..... This is the AT&T building ..... The correct address 2100 N Lancaster Hutchins Rd Lancaster, TX 75134 ..... The other address entrance has been blocked off .....

Do not use Cornell rd, there is no truck sign. GPS takes you south side though the gets leading to the facility permanently closed. The only entrance is on N Lancaster Hutchins rd through the guardshack. The docks are blind spot. It’s gated facility. No overnight parking. Kind of crowded. Unloading takes about one to two hours once they started

take highway 342 from 20 east and go straight 4 mile and then turn left on w pleasant rd and again tun left on stop sign for lancaster hutch rd

Don't follow 1324 Cornell Rd.
It's a back end road.
Instead, follow: 2100 N Lancaster Hutchins Rd, Lancaster, TX 75134
Plenty of parking and ASAP unloading.
