I want to give recognition to the customer service employees at this location Mrs Tanisha, very polite helpful understanding kind and patient ? I truly love her spirit it make me want to shop at your establishment with no worries..She is definitely amazing. you definitely need more customer service employees like her ..Hey don't misunderstand I have been going in this establishment for years and just about all of your employees has treated me with the up most respect and iam always satisfy with the out come of what iam purchasing. The cashier are very professional and friendly I just wanted to say keep up with the good work...The best auto parts store I definitely enjoying buying merchandise from...very reasonable prices and clean ?

We spoke to a very nice older gentleman on the phone 4/4 about a car battery. I go on my lunch 4/5 to get it. I'm told by a female that he's not there today. I tried telling her what we were told about a battery and all she had to say (with an attitude) was "I don't know, he's not here today". I guess she didn't want to work because if she did, she should have said let's find you something. I have never been able to get assistance at this AutoZone and will NEVER give any location money. I will go to a competitor.

This is not just any AutoZone!!! Top is the man!! This man deserves a raise ! He doesn’t smile a lot which is fine by me but he is gem that needs to be treated and treasured! I bought wipers and he INSISTED on helping me!! He put his side on before I could Mine out of the package. I came back about 45 mins later with a check engine light and he diagnosed it and even helped e with getting spark plugs. This guy is the only reason I come to only this AutoZone! I call ahead of time just in case he is there. He helps me every time!

Needed a part for my vehicles wheels, "Top" was my salesperson and was so helpful, ordered part to come to store, explained everything to me in clear terms, very patient and never distracted, even with my pretty minor issue, (all while every customer coming in the door kindly greeted him, by name!!) and then installed parts, at no extra charge, outside in the cold night air!I will be back! And will share this experience with all of my female friends and family! I Never felt like I was asking silly "girl questions!"Thank you!

I went to the store on Ledbetter and Bonnie view to purchase a light bulb and asked to be assisted with installation but they were being mean to me so I left and went to the one on south Lancaster and saner and the gentleman named Timothy was so nice and professional to me and installed my bulb with ease. I’m so thankful for him and I shall be returning to that location from now on.
