I love this location. They are busy so if you need a personal banker it's best to schedule a appointment online and you can make the most of your day. Everyone was pleasant. The lines are not as long since the location on beltline is back open. However on Saturday the second location is closed and it's a peak day for this location. They do offer Saturday appointments. Everyone seems willing to help you and took care of my financial needs. Great associates from my personal to my business. They also have a mortgage and investment specialist here. Love it! My neighborhood bank.

Friday And the first week of a new month . So of course everyone is trying to cash checks , pay bills , get money orders , withdraw money etc. and this banks line is always crazy long , however today the manager mentioned that everyone called out today. I felt so bad for the only teller that they had today . She was very pleasant and always apologizing for the wait and thanking many for their patience. It's so sad how no one wants to work anymore that it forces more pressure on the ones that have to work. Another customer in line mentioned that she didn't understand why the managers were walking around instead of hoping on a window and helping to get the line down . It definitely came off as careless and I fully agreed with her . However , this location is always friendly even when under pressure.

Went to the ATM to make deposit the machine said that it was not accepting deposits. Had to drive all the way over to desoto to make my deposit. May 16,2022.

This location is severely understaffed. There's always only one banker. Long wait times super inconvenient. Really makes me regret switching over to BOA

Horrible customer service. 30+ minutes, just to change a pin???? The heavy set, African American lady is so rude. She should quit if she hates her job.

So first of all there's 3 tellers and only 2 of them are open. You have a line of 8 to 12 people and there's more outside waiting. And then we have workers just walking around asking if everything it's okay instead of going to the unopened teller. Had to wait 20 mins just to get my check cashed when it usually takes less than 5. At least they give out water bottles to the people who are waiting outside under the sun.

There are no open drive thru walking in only 2 tellers are open and a line of around 20 -30 people consistently for the last hour.. I asked to open more tellers and they replied that's all we have.. a complete waste of time!!!

I came in to have some documentation notarized. This was my third branch today so I was hesitant. Upon entering the branch, Samantha checked me in quickly. There was a slight wait, but I was greeted several times during my wait. So I felt assured. Mrs. Briana then assisted me with superb professionalism and kindness. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will make the drive to come to this particular branch from now on. Thank you Briana! I couldn't have asked for a better banker today!

Worst ever. Locked the door as your walking up to it. Really?! Yup that's customer service. No wait waving at you from behind glass - that's customer service. #BankofAmerica close this branch. I'd rather drive somewhere else. Oh wait I have to do that anyway. Avoid this location.
