“I am extremely pleased with my experience! I came by on a Saturday to get an estimate. The owner, Erik typed it up within 5 minutes and I was sent on my way. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered any questions and explained everything in great detail. I could tell her was an honest person and would get the job done right.After getting everything situated with the other parties insurance I dropped off my car. The parts were ordered and the repairs done within 9 days.The shop is run by Erik and his wife Valerie. You’ll be dealing with them only throughout the entire process. If they don’t answer wait a few and give a call back. They have to step out from time to time. You can also send an email.After completing the work my car was washed, tires shined and inside vacuumed. Erik even buffed my headlight that wasn’t damaged so it would look a little similar to the new one.I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do Uncle Daddys will be my first call. “I just want to say how grateful I am for a kind receptionist/operator/angel - whatever you want to call her. After calling roadside assistance who told me I just needed a tow, then 15 towing companies who didn't answer or said they couldn't come, I - a young woman alone in a sketchy part of town - was sobbing. I called Frank's, and Cory answered and was so incredibly kind, understanding, and comforting as I was frustrated and distressed. She said she would send someone right away, less than 20 minutes. I ended up having a friend able to come and help and didn't end up needing a tow. But I cannot express how much her kindness effected and comforted me. Customer service was 10/10. “Got rear ended in my 2019 Tacoma. It bent and bowed the frame, and pushed the bed into the cab. Took it to two other shops, one wanted to do a frame swap, the other was another frame shop, which wouldn't touch the frame. Took it to Ace Body & Frame, Ronnie immediately said he could repair the frame (and it looks great). Long story short, He repaired it to pristine condition. Couldn't be happier.
