“MR. ALEX IS A MASTER MECHANIC, PROFESSIONAL, FAIR AND HONEST!!! He was an excellent, upfront communicator about the issues going on with my car and pricing. He answered the phone, provided intelligent feedback, and made a complicated repair friendly and smooth. He also completed the work in timely manner, like he said he would. He has now fixed multiple issues on my car: electrical related to a ground wire, replaced my fuel pump, fixed my air conditioner, and did an oil change. I took my car to other mechanics who misdiagnosed what was wrong, kept my car for too long, AND tried to overcharge me. Thank God I found Mr. Alex!!! If I could rate him 100 stars, I would. I will ALWAYS take my cars to Mr. Alex. ALWAYS!!!!!!!”

“Got to the worksite between Lancaster and Wilmer, when my low tire pressure indicator came on, drove to Chuco’s Tire Shop, they fixed my punctured tire quickly, checked the air on all my tires, with fast, friendly, and great service, and I was back on the job site quickly. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and cost me only $20. I may drive all the way from Dallas to have my tires serviced here next time. Thanks, the Retired Navy guy. ?”

“It was a little waited but they were busy the man that plugged my tire was okay. I told him I needed my tire plugged he raised the truck looked at the tire and came and said "Are you sure it's this tire?" Just as I looked at him with wide eye? he said oh I see it. Now the thing he never took my tire off the truck pulled , plugged and leak check with tire still on my truck. That was cool.Only gave 4 stars because he questioned my knowledge of which tire it was.”

“Can't say enough good things! Had car trouble today while visiting the Dallas zoo from a couple hours away, and this is the 3rd shop I stopped at! All were too busy, but the team was kind enough to run car code and explain what was going on. They were so honest and told me, it was something that could be fixed when I returned home versus being stranded in Dallas with my 3 small kids in car seats with only a few hours of supplies packed. They easily could've told me whatever to keep me there and charged me. To me, this is worth so much and I'm so grateful for being an honest business!”

“Got a flat tire on the highway and called around to make sure the shop had my tire size. I was honestly surprised they were open because it was their first day being open 24 hours! Even though there was another tire shop closer to me, I decided to come to Tire Kind Ali 1 because he answered the phone, was super helpful, and made sure to give me a really good deal. Great service from start to finish. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”
