My initial contact was with Ben but Hammy ended up being my salesperson and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. The level at which they went above and beyond in every single area was greatly appreciated! Every interaction with them felt authentic and like they weren’t just looking at me as a check/commission. I actually feel like they moved in my best interest and would absolutely refer my friends/family. Thank you Ben and Hammy for all you do.

Hammy Got Me In A Malibu I Love It ! No Problems , No Check Engine Lights , No Hassle About My Plates And Tags ! Changed My Oil And Washed My Car After Picking Up My Plates A Few Days Later Very Helpful And Love The Whole Team . Mr Larry Great At Washing And Mr . I would recommend everyone I know to choose this Auto Dealer twice. So I was in a bad situation needing to get a vehicle within hours. I didn't know how are where, something in the back up my mind had me to stop here Chase Autoplex big bold letters. Hammy how can I help you. I told him my story and he got right down to business. We did the application and then he said trust me you would leave here with the car you want and a affordable price. Surely I had doubts because I had been to other dealers before and all they wanted to do was pull credit and sale false dreams. Well I trusted him, and there it was 2020 F-Pace Jaguar ? fancy
huh !!!!!!! I know and this was done in 48 hours....
Now tell me who can get the job done that Fast

I was working a truck deal with Hanny the salesman. He had called me back and said that he had the number and the number was outrageous I'd already got a better rate for the exact same truck through and outside lender and Hanny added a extended warranty that we never spoke about or I ever asked about into the car deal that was only covering the car deal for 2 years and 30000 me when the trucks already a 2021 with 33000 Mi and has a factory warranty of 5 years 60,000 Mi on the powertrain which means basically the extended warranty was just the way for them to add more money to the deal for something that wasn't even going to be used and then try telling me the banquet and finance it unless it had it in there. And then he sends me a message saying he can't get me financed because I called him out on all his b*******. The guy's a liar I wouldn't do business with these people these people give used car salesman the bad reputation that they have because these people are stupid or they are just incredibly dishonest so don't do business with these people they're stupid and they're all about Bad Business.

I was totally ripped off purchasing my used car through them in July! I was moving my son to Baylor from California. Unfortunately, I was not going to have time to car shop while there. I purchased a car online through them. I spoke with the dealer "Hammy" multiple times to make sure he felt this car was safe enough for my son to drive for the next few years. He always reassured me, and said, "I would definitely have my own son drive this car." I paid to have new tires put on it and to have it delivered. I knew something was wrong as soon as it was dropped off. It had a really bad smell inside and the front and back bumpers had been screwed back on and painted over. Immediately after driving it, the tire pressure light came on. I took it to the shop to have it checked out. They told me it was fine, but these were definitely not brand new tires that had been put on the car. Throughout the next few months lights kept coming on, such as the check engine light and tire pressure light. I had a mobile mechanic go out several times to check on the car. Last week, while I was in Texas for Thanksgiving I put my son's car in the shop. It's still there with at least $5000 in repairs: everything from all of the wiring being fired, all four tire sensors not working, etc. The lighter doesn't even work so he can charge his phone! This car is a lemon! I bought this car "as is" so there's not much I can do but warn others and inform the BBB. Stay away from this dealership! They are shady!
