Seriously, I'm a little confused with the people who work there today, Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 2 in the afternoon, a woman who works there just discriminated against my friend and me. They asked us to identify ourselves just to pay the line. In no company had they asked me for that, and not even in the same one. as if he were someone strange. “My friend felt uncomfortable because of that person’s service.” I don't think I notice, my friend is a little special, I tried to defend him a little” but it's not fair that workers want to underestimate other people because of their physical appearance and how you look, that made me feel like we're worthless. here. Why it is illogical to ask for an ID AND treat you badly just for paying for a phone line.

The clerks here doesn't have customer service at all.....acted as if they were hurrying me out of the store. Wouldn't dare spend my money where i feel unwanted

I hate to post a bad review about any company or salesperson, but my experience at this location has been horrible. I have gone there multiple times with the same exact service from the sales women there. She is not helpful and has no interest in helping her customers at ALL! I will never go to that location again. On a good note I am very pleased with the actual Cricket service by far.

I'm just going to be honest. I came from a different company. I thought it would be better it was not. They created an email for me and misspelled my name so I had a hard time getting into my app. I thought someone else was on my account that why my bill was so high. I'm going back to my old company.
