I hate to post a bad review about any company or salesperson, but my experience at this location has been horrible. I have gone there multiple times with the same exact service from the sales women there. She is not helpful and has no interest in helping her customers at ALL! I will never go to that location again. On a good note I am very pleased with the actual Cricket service by far.

I'm just going to be honest. I came from a different company. I thought it would be better it was not. They created an email for me and misspelled my name so I had a hard time getting into my app. I thought someone else was on my account that why my bill was so high. I'm going back to my old company.

They forgot to put in the coupon code overcharged me almost $600 got the refund back but they said I could only get Android phones now and I couldn't get apple and if I returned it I can only get the phones and lose the almost $300 inactivation and month usage
