The pharmacy needs to have a refresher on customer service skills I had been trying to get my prescription filled for almost 2 weeks I called last Friday spoke to a rude woman that did not want to help me and she had the nerve to say ugh people. I also talked to a guy on yesterday and he was very dry and rude and told me they did not have the medicine I needed but when I called red oak this morning I was advised they had it in stock so my prescription was transferred to them which meant they had it yesterday when I called and was told they didn’t and I was down to my last day of medicine. The only good thing I have to say is Michael is the best employee in the pharmacy department he has been very helpful to me the last two times I’ve had a issue and got it resolved quick and fast for me . Michael is the only one that has compassion in what he does and he deserves to be recognized for his great work he is not like the rest of his rude non caring co workers . Thank you Michael being great at what you do …Keep up the good work and don’t let the negative ones rub off on you.

After looking at the paper for 2 seconds, we were told they didn't have the script. Did not offer to order or anything. Just "we don't have it" the lady in the drive thru drop off just has a rude look on her face and ugly tone. No smile, no customer service. Last time I come here for my prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff is absolutely atrocious!! I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years for my daughters monthly medication and the mess it up EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The staff is young and too busy flirting and having sex with each other to be concerned about anyone’s order and even though the staff rotates because they’re too incompetent for the job, they always hire the same type of people! I’m starting to believe this location is for the most worst pharmacist in the city and they stick them all at this location because of the location. I can usually say at least one person cares but literally none of them do. I’ve never been to a pharmacist where they laugh and play all day in my life. That’s all they do here. Wouldn’t be surprised if they accidentally poisoned someone for being so careless. The most incompetent staff in CVS HISTORY works at this location. UPDATE: I switched to the neighborhood Walmart down the street & they are so much more professional and had my order ready immediately and I didn’t have to call to make sure or anything. I will never go to this location again and if you want better service choose neighborhood Walmart with a professional staff and good workers. They’re very serious about their job and do it will. CVS is horrible and staff is dumb and terrible at their jobs

The market was ok but my experience with the pharmacy was awful. The attitudes was not pleasant. She was in a rush and i was the only one in line. I asked for a vaccination and watched them put the expired one back in the cabinet. Then i received 7 medications no info was given no further steps . i dont know what or who did them wrong this morning but hopefully they get over it. I will find another pharmacy

Super rude employees!!! I went in there looking for hello kitty pajama pants and i was going to ask a worker if they had any more sizes and she went up to her coworker and said outloud we kept staring at her and we were trying to steal!!?♀️ she was so rude about it she should get fired!!

Very inconsiderate pharmacy when it comes to prescription drug availability that gets called in from a doctors office. Had to come in just for them to order my prenatals after TWO WEEKS. Other cvs pharmacies order prescriptions without being told if they don’t have them in stock. ALSO, THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE

This absolutely the worst experience at this pharmacy. They are always understaff, system doesn’t work or the are closed before the posted hours because their staff wont come to work. I was in the drive thru the lady said the system was down. I go into the building and see her helping the next person. This store has to do better with your service!

Sat on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes just to be disconnected because they went to lunch. Im constantly having prescriptions on hold because they are out of stock. Horrible customer service. Moving scripts elsewhere.
