Look at this store!!!! The freight is ridiculous... 1 cashier 3 people working freight and the storage room is a wreck. I know Christmas ? is crazy but start hiring staff in October so when it gets there you have people on board. I'm sure all these stores are bombarded with freight and no employees!

I went to get balloons this morning 7/4/23 and the cashier an older Caucasian woman wasn’t too happy I wanted 18 balloons, as long as I’m paying for them it should not matter if I wanted a million balloons. She complained about her coke getting warmed, when she is at work on dollar tree time clock and should be more worried about assisting customers.

The older female cashier with the glasses is not very polite. When I first stood in line she was fine. When it was my turn and I asked her a question she became a typical Israelite woman(so called black) with an attitude. I don't know what it is about our people(the women especially) you ask them a question and they reply with a bad attitude/or in polite tone as if you should know the answer or as If what you're saying is absorb. I asked her if they do upload for Chime. She looked at me as if I was delisional and continued to tell me "oh no we don't do that here!"As if I'm asking a silly question. I told her chime led me here. She said,"yea nal ain't never heard of it!" (With a attitude and raised her tone" I asked her about catnip(plant seed-like that drives cats crazy). She said,"what?!" I said,"cat nip" it is something for cats. She said,"ma'am idk I don't stock the floor you have to ask people on the floor" she said it as If that's such a silly question for me to ask someone who works there. Typically,at stores (Kroger, Walmart,DG,etc)cashiers would know where items are located. They know and they usually point you to the aisle. That's something all cashiers at DT should learn so they can be helpful to customers. Cashiers are usually cross trained Just like the other stores! Cashiers learn where items are located or they know by shopping there themselves. She act as if it's uncommon for her to know such! She pointed me to a lady who was walking in the store who worked on the floor. She had just a bad tone the whole time. Instead,of being polite she was asking like I'm asking her unnecessary questions. The lady told me they no longer do chime uploads and they are out of catnip. The cashier should have simply told me that's she unsure about Chime and will ask. Simple. I don't know why our women blow things out of proportion with one another especially. She said,"have a great day" but it was programmed. She did not mean it. I said,"have a blessed Day" I really meant well. This isn't a BIG deal yet,it is! As employees you should try to be kind to everyone and watch your tone. It will also make your day more pleasant. I prayed that she develops a better attitude and learn something and not just come to get paid! Lol. Excuse my bad Grammer and incorrect punctuations I had to rush this review.

The cashier had better be happy that I didn't have time to get the manager just now. She misses ringing an item from the customer in front of me. Gives it to her anyway without payment and moves on to me. Damm near does the same thing to me, but when she notices missing my item, now she wants to do her job and tries to ring it up. At that point I didn't want the item anymore nor did I have the patience to deal with her. ???

Visit one the day before so decided to check this one for the items I bought at the other,price was still at the Christmas price not marked down . Was very disappointed.

When did the prices change ? I got home and checked my receipt and the prices was $1.25 and not $1.00 thats not a Dollar tree !!!
