I moved into a new home with an "upgraded" Microwave/oven combination from Electrolux, Model No ECWM3011ASA.Right before the 2 year mark, on January 2024, the display suddenly turned off. They came to repair it, which took well over 2 months (I have kids who really need the microwave and this was truly a pain). All in all the repair and parts cost $547.17 (Work order 94338896), which was a big financial hit to my family.Within 2 months the machine got the exact same issue. Display turned off. Now Electrolux wants to charge me another $500+ to come back in.This is a complete disgrace and a scam, making faulty parts that break in no time and try to get more money from customers.

Never take a load for this people.they make you wait in at least.Average wait 10 hours plus And they are not respect drivers even they are not talk to you the shipper lady very disrespectful supervisor all of them are liars except the security guardsChecking in you gets to immediately a door they said when second light is come get your pepper from shipping department and check out with security but even they don’t say it’s gonna be Takes while go and get your food and when the load is ready we will wake you up.They doesn’t say anything you sitting on your stair until the green light is back on. This is hilarious.This is not good for the drivers. If you take a load in or out be ready to wait. I would not give them one star but there is not option for.

Great site, always have an easy process here.Disregard the reviews from the drivers who don't understand what an appointment time is. If you have an appointment time, don't show up 8 hours early and expect to be loaded. That's what appointment times are for. Common sense isn't so common.

This is Electrolux warehouse. The entrance for semi trucks is off danieldale. Clearly marked with a sign. Swing wide follow roadway til you arrive at guardshack. Have id and paperwork and appointment number handy. After you receive door assignment go to door and pickup or drop trailer and leave. Adequate space to back in doors. Yard dogs are viciously rude so be ready to take high road. Forklift guys, packagers, and security are for the most part professional and courteous. Not sure if they have driver restroom or vending machines. There is a quick trip around on the intersecting street and tons of other truckstops and restaurants on i20 and i35e. All within 3 to 5 miles. From my experiences they take about 2hours to load and 1 hour for offload. Unless you don't have a live appointment slot. So ask these questions before accepting.

These people are too lazy, they do not care about their facility and people’s tires.Their yard movers are lazy. They just want to make their hours.Drivers watch for bolts!

Very kind personnel security guard very polite. It is better to arrive an hour early to your appt time. Does take a little while from 2 to 3 hours to get loaded, so make sure to bring food, they have a microwave in the shipping office for your use and vending machines. Hope this helps

My appointment was 1:00pm Checked in 8:30am almost 8 hours I'm been waiting for loading Finally i check out 3:00pm. Never come to this place earlier Really bad experience don’t come earlier unless if you do have anything to do. they get you in the door earlier but they will not starting loading you until your appointment time.

Ehhh had me waiting for a dock even though they had a lot open but loaded up quick ran out of hours so gonna sleep outside of the facility let’s see how it goes
