disgusting outside and inside customer service is very rude and smells like a bag of marijuana all the time you walk in there !!!! I seen one of the employee managers drinking a beer in the back around 11 in the morning smh Worst Family Dollar ever been to I wish I can give star zero

My Aunt went in this store recently I am so upset with the environment she was in. No working air conditioning. How do the employees survive these conditions? On top of that this store has to be targeted it’s constantly being robbed. If this Family Dollar was located in North Dallas Euless Benbrook the quality of service would be very much different.

Can't figure out who is an employee or customer. Employee dress like customers and always on their phone at the register. Male manager has attitude. Not my preference store to go to.

The staff is friendly, but the lines are always backed up to the coolers, the store never seems to have products on the shelves, the front doors are busted out monthly, the parking lot is always nasty and littered with trash, the system is always crashing or something of the sort. Today was it I will not be shopping here any longer. Idc how close it is to my home.

I'll give three for the employees working to hold the store together. There's a male associate that was extremely cordial and seemed to appreciate his job and the customers. There's plywood on one of the doors. Not a good look. The parking lot is littered with trash. I understand why certain demographics won't allow this establishment in their neighborhoods. I recognize not everyone has transportation and this store is valuable. I just wish they company valued the communities in which they generate revenue.
