Went to deposit money into our account. My husband pulls out a large sum of cash and the teller lashawnda started begging and asking my husband money and if he would share with her after she was told no she then goes to her co workers to share what a poor customer experience she caused. In response to her poor ghetto behavior I received a phone callFrom Tasha Johnson District Managerbasically saying this is exceptable behavior from their employees but she will coach her on the incident. We will be switching financial institutions and encouraging all we know to never come especially to this locationVery very trashyEmployees

My card was shut down because of fraud charge that I never received an alert for. When I went to get a temporary card, the girl that gave me the card never activated it so when I tried to call and do it myself, it would not allow me to. Too many issues over time so I will sadly be switching banks soon.

Excellent customer service each and every time I go there. As an older customer the staff is very kind, patience and respectful towards me. Sometimes I would be so frustrated with the technology of using my phone/computer and the banking system that I would go in and the staff would assist me with understanding and working through the problems even after they had closed. Now that's customer service. Thank you for your service.

Well I went to the store to make a purchase long story short my card declinedebt. I was not understanding why when I knew I had the funds available. I then went to the atm couldn't get cash. I was really getting upset I called had the best customer service she explained why my card didn't work and stay on the phone and fixed my problem quick and fast thank you for great customer service.

Went to cash check Promised money would be available within 5 minutes. Went out to eat at a local restaurant and of course declined. Called customer service they said no pending deposits. After we had been embarrassed and almost an hour later they deposited only 50$ of the 500$ check to cover our meal. Horrible
