I was a van owner op with High Country for a little over a year. Made really good money there. You book your own loads. Never had a problem with paychecks. The lady in safety is absolutely the best I have had in my 15 yr career. Recruiting and operations were all great. I left because the van rates went into the toilet. You will get great fuel discounts at the Ta/Petro as well. If you are a strong negotiator and runner,you can suceed there.

High country is now Armada and i just got started with them. It was going good tell they had me sign truck and trailer lease sight unseen me and 2 others picked up trucks and went to shop first thing the trucks we got are junk then after setting in shop getting it fixed went got trailer booked a load i was told i cant do load because Armada put freeze on truck and trailer ao i set all weekend put truck in shop today and trailer they had to fix truck again and replace brake and drums on trailer JUNK now i booked aload for tomorrow but i have to wait to make sure they do business with broker this place so far is a joke and the unprofessional attitudes is unreal. I wander if the big boss no how his or her business is being ran

Been here for almost 5 years I will retire with this company.have been in the hopper division for more than 3 years the lady I work for is absolutely the best do not see myself making any changes and retiring in eight more years

Crooks. Not only will you not make any money while you're there due to the 28% authority charge and their fuel surcharge manipulation, they also will not give back your escrow and charge you frivolous charges until the amount they owe you is $0. I heard from another driver that they're also in bankruptcy right now so I would steer clear of them. I was an owner op in the "freedom division" and it was impossible to get a decent load because all of the good brokers have banned them. My average paycheck after expenses was $300.

Went to there one day 4 hour orientation on a Monday. they are the most unorganized company I have ever seen. Wanted to put me in a rental and charge me $1200 a week plus performance bond 100 occ insurance 32 and plus plus. They took more than 24 to get me an eld device and then were playing around on the load I found and saying they didnt get it. Attach is there paperwork. This company is a RIP off. I would high recommend no one working for them. They dont have any trucks no matter what they tell you. You will be put in a rental with no apu,
