As a Journeyman Plumber in the State of Texas. I came into Home Depot looking for help in putting together an ice maker water line connecting to the existing cold water side. Your associate Mr. James went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only located the parts and explained in such detail very quickly on how this could be put together. This communication and action made my experience at Home Depot the most pleasant in my seven years as a plumber. Thank you Mr. James I hope somehow this gets to you. More power more doing Home Depot

If I could give this store a NEGATIVE ZERO I would!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE! I cant even explain it no better! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible Service! Been on the phone w/them for HOURS! & still no delivery today as scheduled!!! Requested a Supervisor TWICE & STILL on hold for one now as we speak! I just went ahead & cancelled the entire order! Do NOT order from Home Depot! I repeat, Do Not! Just go elsewhere! Anywhere else is better than what we had to deal with!

I was trying to find certain electrical items & actually called the store requesting help on specific aisle. I called 4 times & no one showed up to aisle to assist. I finally went to the return desk for number 5 request for help. The one saving grace that gave one star to rank was a young lady who took time to look item on computer to get the location. She actually walked with me & found the item. I really appreciated this extra action which should have occurred after my second phone call & shorten my time of searching from an hour to 30 minutes or less. Customer service is major. Management is reflective of the quality.

Made an order at the pro desk at 4 pm Friday to be picked up Saturday morning. At 11 am Saturday items out of 20 were pulled. There excuse was they didn't pull them last night and they ran out of product this morning. I've lost 1/2 a day of work at the jobsite.

they can't cut wood straight to save their lives. I'm so pissed. I had an order to do and but I can't use one piece of the wood that they cut.

I had a bad experience with the delivery of my appliances and Samsung. So I came into the store as spoke with the store manager Al and he worked everything out. He was very patient, helpful and showed an excellent level of customer service. Thanks Al.

OMG! This has to be the worst store ever! I placed an order for some vinyl tile and installation and paid with my credit card. Called the store and spoke with several employees for a status update. EVERY single one was unprofessional, including the managers. I finally decided to cancel my order due to my horrible experience. I was told I have to come to the store to get cash. But I paid with a credit card. DO NOT shop at this store. Drive out of your way if you have to, but avoid this location at all cost.

Tried to use curbside pick up but they don't answer the phone. I went inside and waited 48 minutes to pick up my orders. I will never come out here. But they were the only place with the items I needed to complete a job. After making the 40 minutes drive to get here and having to wait.

We ordered our items online and was told we could wait in the parking lot to pick them up and that it would easy and quick. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and finally someone came out and delivered our order incorrectly. We waited another 30 minutes to finally get our correct order. The other part of our order was cancelled on Home Depot's end and we are still trying to take of that and it's been a month. This Home Depot is in a convenient place for us but we will no longer shop here or online. It's been the worst. The only good thing I could say about it is that it has made this quarantine interesting.

Absolute the worst curbside pickup service On the phone waiting on them to pickup the phone. On the phone still while waiting in line. Over 40 minutes and they still have not picked up the phone!!!!They finally just hung up on me....I went inside (while waiting on the phone) and the order pickup line has a long line with only 1 1/2 employees helping customers out One employee was not really helping I just came back from Lemmon location in Dallas and it only took 5 minutes since they are set up much better. They also let you checkout your purchases unlike Lancaster location I never had any problems with Waxahachie location either. They are also fast and attentive. It’s a shame Lancaster cannot do any better!Yes, I even had time to write this review.

One of the things about this social distancing and shopping was that you are monitoring the walk in traffic so things will flow smoothly and quickly. There is absolutely NO REASON there is only one person at the return desk when you have a lot of people wanting to make returns on any given day. There is absolutely NO REASON for anybody to have to be in this store almost an hour in line after waiting 20 mins to get in. This is defeating the purpose. It’s hot and we can’t breathe in these masks so “sure” let us stand here for an hour. How does that make sense?
