The service at this location was horrible! I asked an associate if she could call someone to assist me, and she told me to go grab the person at a different isle. This employee was not busy at the time since no costumers were in the checkout area. She could’ve been more useful and respectful, but instead preceded to yell at me when I told her that she was not doing anything. I will follow up with corporate as well because this disrespect should not be tolerated.

Home Depot is no longer a place for help. Their workers do not know anything and is very lazy. Instead of looking to see if something is available, they just say we don't have it. You have to wait a long time to get help to unlock cages. No one can help you with answers and most don't even know the store. I asked for the store manager and one staff did not even know his name. Very uneducated people working there.

I had a special gift delivered that required a signature. Instead, the delivery driver dropped it off at my lawn and FORGED my signature - literally signed my name!! Of course the signature did not match. That's BOLD! I called HD 5 times (both the local number and the 1-800 number) seeking help. The delivery service called my phone AT the time of delivery rather than a few minutes earlier as routine. When I answered, the caller hung up; I called again twice and went to voicemail. Please make note that I had already called the store prior to delivery to reschedule. I was told the gift would be returned and we could reschedule then. No problem.
Finally, on my way home I drove to the store to find a manager to get assistance. After I got home to confirm the item was not stolen, the manager sent an associate to properly place the item.
My advice to HD, do NOT use that delivery service ever again. ? I shop and spend here often...this was too much work to get the customer service I am accustomed to from this location. And I really enjoy shopping there because the staff is friendly, but this was an expensive mistake, folks ?.

Fair prices for contractors exaggerated prices for normal people who want to make some small repairs in their home, so if you are an ordinary person who is not a contractor, better buy on Amazon where they give low prices

This little hood spot will have mostly everything you need but do not expect curbside pick up you would definitely have to go in in a white line.
