I have to give props to an employee at this location. Sanai(hope I spelt that correct) is amazing.! She has probably the best customer service skills of any person I've encountered, not only this store but shopping anywhere lately.She is willing to help and goes above and beyond. Eye contact, Yes please. Knowledgeable, absolutely. Assertive, nailed it. Quick, responsive, responsible; I could go on and on.If anyone needs honor or a pay increase or promotion its this girl.The flooring department is to small for this young lady. Well done, well done.

Edit 2024 February- 9:30 am on a Monday and no self checkout open with 20 people in line on just two registers. This place hasn't got any better.I only give two stars because the employees were helpful, if apologetic. Their website said they have 4 compressors in stock. I get there and they have none. No one can tell me if that's the case until we find a supervisor after half an hour. This home Depot is small as well

The truth is, I don't know if it's worth posting the reviews or not because I see that no one from the store responds, maybe they don't even pay attention to the comments, but still, here I leave you my humble opinion... a little less than a month ago, my husband and I went to look for a refrigerator and they had all the prices changed, well we asked for one, the girl went and I showed her which one we wanted, she took the price sign above and I told her that's not it and I showed her which one it was to which she responded, it's not. this one and I said ok, she is the one who knows, I explained to her that I want it in black because they only had white and she said okay, such a day will come. Well that's how it arrived but surprise it was the one I told her and not the one she Czech arrived smaller and with grills inside instead of glass shelves. Well, it was quite a spectacle so we decided at that very moment to report it and buy the other one and wait for them to refund the card for several days. The day the other one arrived it did arrive bigger but again it arrived with grills we went and told them and they said they would go for it because more than a week passed and nothing and my husband just went to check the bank and they hadn't even refunded the First, then the bank went to the store and told them what was happening because the refund for the first one was not there and they still weren't going for the last refrigerator, to which they responded that they would try to refund the first one and that the second one was only for my husband. I will take it to the store but why? It was their mistake, apart from we don't have anything to do with it.

Today i went to purchase floors and I was always having my worst experience. Victoria own my experience from start to finish and everytime we crashed she rerouted and we had a great experience also her Manager came and helped her close the deal and I love his calmness. Thank Victoria & All

Horrible customer service especially from the flooring department. Went to floor section asked for help but the female didn’t know what she was doing and went to the restroom to hide! Manager didn’t help either!!!

Curb side pickup is a joke as far as timely manor of delivery. Half-hour wait. I canceled the order and went inside and picked up the item. Home Depot on W. Weatland Rd. a joke on timely manor for curbside pickup. Other businesses nearby are just as bad, if not worse, with curbside pickup.I recommend go inside and pickup.

Was able to find all of the materials I needed for my upcoming work week. Thanks again home depot for keeping all of the top quality equipment at very reasonable prices and keeping it in stock... never disappointed when I get in there.

One register open and all self checkouts closed at 8ish am on Monday. They were not understaffed tons of employees were around. The customers were asking for another checkout to open or open self checkout. Nobody cared at all that lines of customers were forming down the lumber aisle. Manager finally comes out dapping up employee's didn't give a damn. One lady started sending people to rental to checkout but rental had people waiting to be helped made no sense.

I ordered two welder online had them delivered to this location and ups said it was delivered both time but they said it never made it ? So idk what's going on at this store or ups just don't have any online order go to this location! I had it sent home now and it was free but just for future reference!!!

Well I see they added speed bumps which are long over do. The store is in transition for Christmas so things are being reorganized. Not much changes here. Only 1 cashier all other registers are self check out. Hard to find any workers that really know home improvement info or where stuff is at. I just go there now with a plan and search for what I need and watch utube for instructions.

They host a few kids DYI workshop every first Saturday of the month and my kids love it, gives us a good bonding experience so they will always be my home care center

Upgrade your pro department like every other store. Waiting 45 minutes because there's only 2 people working is unacceptable. Most home depos have at least 6 computers with a few people working them. I get it's Lancaster the "lazy" city, but come on now. Some of us don't get paid by the hour.
