“This store is severely understaffed. I was trying to buy a washer/dryer and fridge. I had to wait a long time, but it turned out to be worth the wait. Ms. Perla Cervantes helped me. She took her time to explain everything and assisted me in selecting the items I needed. I ended up spending a little less than I had expected but got all the features I wanted and a good delivery date. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to, especially since it's right before the holidays. She was awesome. However, HD, you need to provide her with some assistance.Regarding the store, I purchased three smart locks, all supposed to be silver. Unfortunately, one was black and another was missing the keys. Smh. I returned all three. It seems like these contractors are swapping out new items with old ones and stealing their heads off. The store was full of them, so especially in this store, make sure to thoroughly check anything you buy that appears to have been opened. Despite that, I didn't deduct any points for that issue. HD, shout out to PERLA though. She's an amazing employee!! Oh, and I can't forget about her supervisor, the Navy guy. I was trying to take advantage of a promotion, but I didn't understand the terms because I didn't read the teeny weeny tiny print. He was very understanding about it and we wound up laughing it off.”
