“I bought a pair of Milwaukee safety glasses over a year ago during a event Milwaukee was doing. I needed some but wasn't looking to spend 25 bucks. But the cute young girl talked me into it. She said at anytime the glasses fail. ANYTIME. Just bring them back and home depot would switch out no questions asked. i said sure. I never thought they would ever actually do what they said. But 3 weeks after buying I happen to be there and sure enough they swapped. then today it's literally been six months . i went in to purchase some other things. Just happened to stop by. I said hey, these are lifetime guarantee and Chris at customer service swapped out. No questions asked no issues.Best purchase ever. no, I will say why I was returning was not a faulty product.It was just wear and tear I put on them. And they stood by that product”

“I went into the store today. Looking for a tool, online it told me it was in stock. But it was not where it said it was. Richard from kitchen home services took the time to help me walk up and down the aisle. And he found the tool. Ace hardware, lows, walmart, Harbor freight didn't have it. But Richard found it. Make sure you ask for richard from home services. He'll take care of you. I did not know Home Depot was capable of delivering this kind of customer service. It feels like they are getting back to their roots of top tier service from the early 2000s”

“I went to Home Depot today with a friend and the visit was a true 10 out of 10+. The stote was exceptionally clean, the greeters were pleasant, and Armando, well he was absolutley the best because he listened to my friends jokes. Hahaha...On a serious note, Armando provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced in any Home Depot that I have supported. He asked if we needed help and we did, he assisted, he was very knowledgable of the products to assist with the need, and he even selected and carried items to the check out.
