Anyone who appreciates one-of-a-kind home consignment pieces, ranging from faucets and doorknobs to doors and chandeliers, among many other things, would absolutely love this shop/warehouse. I have purchased quite a few pieces here over the years, and they have all elevated my home to a museum-like level, all at a fraction of the price I would have paid for them new. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. It's such a treat visiting this treasure trove of fine items.”

“I stopped by to purchase some paint this past weekend, and needed help sealing some window gaps. Paul assisted me with selecting my paint, and then showed me a couple backer rod options for the windows. He took those with him to the paint department, as I kept shopping. When I arrived to pick-up my paint, he had gotten me a cart and placed my items in there. He said he thought I may have more items and this would make it more convenient for me. “I would like to take a minute to thank BRIAN in the plumbing department at this Home Depot. He made my shopping experience better than I even could've hoped for! I walked in all stressed out and unsure of what I needed in order to fix my leaking shower faucet at home. It was leaking so badly, it was a constant stream of water pouring out and I currently have the water main shut off in order to make this repair. I was looking at the faucet cartridge replacements when Brian walked by and asked if I was doing alright. I said "well, I'm not sure" and proceeded to explain to him what all was going on with my shower. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct part, compared it to the model faucet which I confirmed was the same as mine, and went and got me a discount since my cartridge was from Home Depot, not too long ago, and had worn out. Mind you, Home Depot isn't the manufacturer of the part, they are just the supplier. The part I needed is made by Delta but nevertheless, Brian made sure that I was taken care of and given a discount to boot! He didn't make me feel stupid or act annoyed that I needed his help. He also didn't talk my head off or lecture me about whatever it is I was replacing. He was very genuine and down to earth. Best Home Depot experience I've had to date and I come here 50+ times a year.”

Never been in a big store like this one until this beautiful employee approached me and asked if I needed some help and I told her YES PLEASE. She must of notice that I was really lost. At the end she was able to assist me Answered all of my questions on lumber products and gardening.I was able to complete all of my shopping at a breeze. Thanks to her I feel pretty much confidence to what to look for in the store. WOW... What a great customer experience. “We needed to rent a sod cutter, and Mike and the rest of the team in the rental department did an amazing job getting us exactly what we needed, and giving us the tips to get our lawn job done! It was even his day off, and he helped us anyway! We saved a ton of money by doing this work ourselves rather than paying somebody else to come in and do it, and we're proud of the finished product. “Living in a world of so much negativity, I’m so so Blessed to have met both Lettakaye and Drake today. If I can be honest, I was a little nervous to ask for help finding some pet turf because people act so bothered when you ask for help at their job ??‍♀️Both Lattakeye and Drake went out of their way to help me out and worked as a team to get me exactly what I needed. I didn’t have the best day at work, but these 2 really made my day. I’ve always had a good experience at this location but today was different. They were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. “We don't really buy from Lowe's we buy all our house materials and supplies from home depot but my husband wanted to compare a little on quality. We recently bought a toilet one from home depot and one from here both are same brand so they're pretty similar. They're water saver so we like that, we bought the oval sit so that's pretty big and tall.”

“Lowe's is Lowe's for the most part but I would really appreciate it if y'all will hire people who actually know about what they're selling. I asked a question and most of them just shrugged their shoulders. Why offer to cut material if there is no one really qualified to cut it. Maybe I'm old-fashioned but I was looking for those old guys or women who actually know what's best for you in your situation if you ask a question. The only thing the employees can do at this point is price check.”

Mary in electric has a passion for her job and she reminds her customers everyday that there are people out there that care about you and your potentially stressful home improvement project. “If Skillman Home Depot ever goes to war I will put on an orange apron and ride at dawn with them. I love this Home Depot (specifically the garden department) so much it’s unhealthy and I should probably talk to a therapist. I had the BEST interaction today. I was looking at a clearance patio table and a worker shouted across the store, “How much is that?” I thought, ‘It beats me I don’t work here’ and he shouted, “look at the yellow tag” and I shouted back “29” and he shouted, “how much are you willing to pay?” Life has really not prepared me for this situation at 8 am on a Sunday and I thought the correct answer was “29”. I was wrong. He chirped back, “Will you take it for 20? I’ve got five Christmas trucks coming in this week and we need the summer stuff cleared out.” We bantered back and forth a few times and he was having so much fun and you could tell he loved The Depot even more than I do. Long story short I now have a table I didn’t really want, but it’s suddenly my favorite little blue table. I will always look at it and think about what exceptional customer service looks like; deviating from the script of mundane interactions and taking a moment to have a special and fun interaction with a customer while accomplishing the goal. It made my weekend an absolute delight. Home Depot already gets a chunk of each pay-check I get, but do I need to re-write my will and give them my first born? At this point we’re basically family. Thank you Home Depot for being yourself. Also, PS, I hate orange - so that orange apron I’ll wear for you is really saying something.”
