The reviews are real! My long time mechanic of 25 years retired and closed shop. Needed work done and started searching for new mechanics and reading reviews. Found some good reviews, but the reviews for Jay's were excellent. Almost too good to be true. Gave him a shot, and I am not disappointed. Even provided progress photos with old and new parts. As long as the service stays this way, I will continue to come here. After dealing with the same mechanic for 25 years and feeling safe Like, I won't get cheated, it's good to know that they are still decent and honest mechanics out there.

Asked them to see why my service light was on. Was told it needed an oil change and when I showed them I got the oil changed a few days ago they told me that's all they could do.

Jay replaced my catalytic converters and was very upfront about all pricing and possible issues. He sends pictures of all parts and work. It's hard to find a trustworthy person to work on your vehicle and I truly believe that God led me to his shop. I was blown away by the outstanding reviews. Jay is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I definitely recommend him.

My truck had a misfire and I was in need of a dependable mechanic stumbled upon Jays Auto and muffler well let's just say Mr.Jay was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my truck and gave detail by detail explanations of the work being done he even charged my AC system to blowing ice cold air really appreciate it. If you are looking for a mechanic with a fast turnaround I definitely recommend good quality service...

I brought my 2017 Chrysler had a misfire and he found the problem and fixed it changed the catalytic converter, my brakes, alignment, and oil change. Always done right by me with fair prices. Will be my car here for any future work.

Jay was awesome. Good guy to work with. Replaced all four catalytic converters on my van. Even did some welding to make one work. A couple of them worked. Dropped it off to him at 9:00 a.m. told me he'd get it done the same day and he did the good guy. If you need any good work done on your vehicle go to him

I came here for a couple of reasons. First the great reviews, also customers posted pictures of the work in progress provided by Jay...that's awesome! The only other place I've heard of that being done is Subaru dealership. Mechanic sends video showing work needing to be done. In my case my grand daughters car needed catalytic converters replaced, determined at another shop. I took a chance and did not regret it. Cost was 2/3 less than the shop that determined the work was needed originally. We received the car in a very timely fashion since she was going on vacation the next day. Jay offered to do some body work that was needed, as well as noted a oil leak. We were very appreciative! We will be back here!

My experience with Jay and the work he's done for my car has been wonderful. He explains everything before he do it. I can tell that he takes pride in the work that he does and that means a lot. I have only been to him twice for work that I needed and I have been satisfied both times. Thanks Jay
