This a great place to keep your storage. I've been using them for around 10 years and have been extremely happy. Joe the manager has been the best! He's a really nice guy and always helpful to get any problems solved. He's always keeping on top of everything and he makes sure that things are clean and safe. You'll be happy you came here and its also locally owned.

I highly recommend this establishment and their service! The storage facility is very clean, the staff is exceptionally nice, and there are use of dollies which allows your move super easy!

I just moved back here from Los Angeles. Was lucky to meet Joe Huff (manager) the first time I walked in to check the place out. You can't get any better customer service than this guy. Impressive from start to finish. My 10x10 was clean and well kept. I don't usually bother with reviews, but this time I took the time to write one because I was so impressed with my experience. Highly recommended!

BEST STORAGE in NORTH DALLAS!! New Manager JOE is AWESOME & will give you 5 STARS Service. He's incredibly customer service oriented, kind, compassionate and truly cares about customers satisfaction and needs. He's definitely a far better highly effective manager than the last one C. W. Who is no longer working at the same location - hallelujah! Unfortunately the last manager was there far too long and treated me and I'm sure all the other customers the same way. C. W. Was a company man and never acted like he cared about customers because he was strictly by the book and the human element was not his thing to provide customers who are NOT machines or statistics. Thank God for JOE and Jason who will Expertly Cater to your precise needs, dates to move in and out as well as Answer all your questions and resolve every issue that may come up! Thank you Joe for restoring my faith in STORAGE PLUS in Carrollton. It's a joy and an honor to do business with you Sir. This facility is very clean, has huge elevators to accommodate two dollies fully packed with your moving boxes and it has a very clean bathroom as well. They also have a great supply of any boxes. Tape. Blankets all at reasonable prices if you forget anything. Let this be your go to place to store your stuff safely and securely including even big cars, boats and large items in ground-floor units. Storage space. The final frontier. You might think it is just a place to put things that you don't have room for otherwise. While there is truth in that, we all really want an extension to our homes -- especially as it relates to security and trust. This is where a place like Storage Choice in Carrollton wins every time. Not only is the location central to the greater North Dallas area, but the value blows away all others for miles around. Plus, the feeling of storing my important belongings with a clean and secure business provides me with trust and peace of mind. Staff members -- like Joe -- are super helpful and will take the time needed to explain the best size unit for your storage plan.

If you're looking for a clean, professional, and customer oriented place to store your personal property, then I'd recommend Storage Choice in Carrollton. They were very nice, prices are fair, and it's in a good location. I feel safe storing my things there. And they provide a 15ft box truck to move your things when you terminate your lease "FREE OF CHARGE". If the location is convenient for you, then storage choice is the way to go.

This is about storage choice and the quality that they provide for the price they charge. Their professionalism and understanding your needs is exemplary. How they keep all these storage units so clean I have no idea but they are bug free mice free rat free even the ones you drive up to that have access to the outside are very clean. Anytime anybody ask me where I store my belongings I happily tell them storage choice is the only place I'll ever store anything ever. By far the cleanest place I've ever stored my things ever, if you happen to store your things in the Carrollton facility you got to talk to CW he's the Man. For the price, it's hard to beat. I had everything that I needed to access the unit without having to talk to anyone.
