Needed tire repair, waited for about 10 minutes and was not acknowledged. Saw SEVERAL employees on their phones and doing NOTHING!!!! Left and went to another tire shop and was done in less than 10 minutes!

Left my car when I went to pick it up my brand new battery charger was stolen out my car. I was told someone popped my lock. I know it was someone that works there. So Mike actually wanted me to believe that someone popped my lock only stole my battery charger, didn't steal anything else and locked my car back. I just can't believe he actually told me that.he also said his employees don't steal. if you go there do not leave anything of value in your car.
