I took my dog here for the first time and the staff were first-class. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They treated my boy very nicely. We will be making this our regular veterinarian.

Today, I took my dog to the Lancaster Vet Clinic at 8:20am. The sign on the door says they open at 8am. The door was locked and the lights were off. So I called and it went straight to voicemail. There was another customer sitting in their car when I arrived and they were waiting as well. They ended up leaving. I waited until 9:25am and no one ever came and unlocked the door. Another pulled up while I was waiting and checked the hours on the door as well. She then got back in her car. She was still there when I left. This was only my second time going to this vet and this will definitely be my last. This is ridiculous. You are a veterinary clinic - not a dress shop who opens whenever they please. Very unprofessional.

I'm giving this 5 stars because of the people that work there. Drs to the techs, they are all sweet and understanding. If you are ok with no frills then you will be ok here. I'm thinking this clinic has been here a long time. I heard Saturday is very busy, so I would avoid Saturday.

They worked my cat in when my vet could not. Great staff, super friendly, you can tell they have a heart for animals. I am switching to Lancaster Veterinary Clinic moving forward.

my cat had been bitten by something while outside, his leg was swollen, and he was unable to walk. I called my vet to see if I could get him in, they told me the next opening wasn't four days, said I could take him to an emergency clinic. I called Lancaster. Vet explained what was going on got him worked in, he ended up having a high fever and an abscess that needed to be drained. Everyone in the office was so nice, caring and treated my cat like their own. I have now consider them my primary vet not only Samson but my other animals as well.

I had the most incredible visit at Lancaster Vet today. Dr Shari Bohanan, Conner (going back to Tx A&M tomorrow) and Brandon were so reassuring when I brought my lab in for a needle biopsy for a tumor on her leg. They were efficient, professional, kind and reassuring. I got a call from Dr Bohanan a few hours later explaining our options. We will be loyal patrons to Lancaster Vet with our 3 additional dogs and 2 cats. Thankyou Dr Bohanan, Conner (get good grades in school, we are all routing for you) and Brandon for taking such good care of my sweet Emma. We will be Back! SheilahStorch
