This is the second MetroPCS store I've been to in the past 20 minutes and both stores were closed way past 10 when the hours of operation says they open at 10 a.m.! Please get it together Metro

Edgar gave awesome customer service. While adding a line to my account he found discounts and rebates that got me a free tablet and $30 off my monthly internet bill. We were there on New Year’s Eve and even though we stayed past closing, he didn’t rush us out or cut corners! Great job!!!

I really appreciate Mrs Karina metro Rep she was awesome and polite very friendly. She helped me with my phone and didn't mind me asking all kinds of questions you really need to hired more people like her with that great customer service attitude. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to her and the company I really enjoyed the bringing my business to you all Mrs Karina makes it so much easier and very understanding.Thank you for the great service..

Google Maps says they close at 8 but I walk in and get yelled at by the staff we're closed but there are two people in the store just looking around

I've been calling this store for weeks, but no one answers. I left a vmail and my call wasn't returned. I hate businesses that operate like that. It makes me question how they would treat me if I had trouble with a phone that I purchased from them.

They charge too many fees $500 for a iPhone 7 not worth it just because I use t mobile towers i couldn’t port my old number for the promotion. No thanks
