Recently ordered apparel from Percy for a homecoming event. The design was NOT printed as requested and delivered later than promised. When the group expressed our dissatisfaction, he was not accommodating and did not offer a fair resolution. He did state that he would "take care" of the group on a future order. So we would have to spend more money in order to receive compensation for money already spent? I do not recommend this vendor. Patronize someone that cares about you as a paying customer and not just an order.

I learned about PC3 Tees through my family members who use this service to meet our Family Reunion needs and now when I see his custom made shirts on display,I hesitate not to place my order.I’ve ordered from the Owner before and received a speedy quick and on point product.I can honestly say my expectations are always met!

My last child graduated from Lancaster High School in 2018. Mr. Carr created t-shirts to commemorate three generations of high school graduates from 1964 thru 2024. Great service, pricing, and quality.

Mr. Carr made our business shirts and we love them. The turnaround time was short, but the quality is what we love. We cater in our shirts and they have held up wash after wash. No fading nor letters falling off. And I was even able to purchase additional shirts later with the same quality. Not additional setup cost. The price, service and quality was perfect for my business.
