Terrible. I sent my daughter here when it was all I could afford for about 4-5 months. I prayed everyday I dropped her off. She would scream and kick and beg not to go. She began hitting and showing behavior problems. She got the flu the first week there and I had an employee tell me that she was treated unfairly by some of the staff and they would make comments that they didn’t want her there. I always paid on time and put in a two week notice, which I regret because they ended up shorting me out of two days and stealing my money. I reported them to the BBB and they have many violations that are documented by the state. The moment I could put my child in KCA, I did. Best decision I ever made. They didn’t have to like her, my child was too good for this place even at its best day. Oh, she came home with a black and blue eye the first day she was there and any other time she was bruised, they never told me beforehand, I would have to ask. Never send your child here. KCA is light years better than this. That’s where the owners grandchildren go as well. Crazy right!

Stay home with your children and stop taking them to these places. If you can't afford to stay home and take care of your own children then stop having them. Stop putting your children in these abusive situations!!!!!! Shut down every day care in the United States.

Great learning environment, family like atmosphere. My child has been attending this school since she was 6 months old and she is now 2 years old. My child can follow along when reading and actually tries to read to me. She knows her numbers from 1-10 in English and Spanish, she can recite all the alphabets by heart, and she can identify all the major colors. She is in the process of being potty trained both at home and with her teachers in the two year old class. This school may not have all the flash of some of the more expensive daycare, but for this parent its about "TRUST" and the ability to teach. I am a hands on "helicopter Mom" who pops up frequently to check on her and to take a look at her classroom setting. This school was the best decision for my child's safety, education and my pocket book.I recommend them 100%Ms. T. Mack

My experience with this daycare has been nothing but short of amazing, the staff is wonderful and always pleasant, my daughter has learned so much at this center.. Ms. Sonia assisted me with potty training my daughter and trust me it was stressful for me but Ms. Sonia showed me ways to make potty training fun for my daughter and I appreciate her for that.. I am always greeted in the mornings when I come it.. The fact that they are 24 hours is a huge plus for my family considering I work crazy hours.. They always happily accommodate my work schedule.. I am currently expecting another child this summer and I wouldn't trust any other center to care for my child, I 100% trust that my child is safe and in good hand with the staff there. If you are in need of childcare I would recommend Peaceful Images.. They are truly the best!

I went to register my child and to do a tour for the after school program. Ms. Lewis and Ms. Judy were very welcoming and answered all my questions. I took a tour of the after school center and loved what Ms. Judy and her staff does with the children. They helped my child with her homework and Ms. Judy even teaches the children how to crochet. My daughter came home with a beautiful scarf she made for me with guidance of Ms. Judy and gave it to me for Christmas. My daughter was so proud of that scraf!! I'm a little sad I had to withdraw my daughter because she reached the age limit of 13.. I highly recommend this daycare and I want to thank Peaceful Images staff for welcoming me and taking care of my daughter... BTW she LOVES to crochet now she has a new hobby!! Thanks Ms. Judy!!!!!

So when you first walk in you here shouting from other classes, it echos out into to hall way so you can here the teacher yell at the children. Then in the two year old room they are so overly capacitated that the kids will have to sleep in the room next door on the cold floor. To make matters worse my daughter told me while picking her that a teacher hit her I immediately back in and questioned everyone there I was advised "to not deenroll my children till furter investigation and I was just sent an email by the CEO if there are any problems please feel free to reach out to us as if this hasnt already been established by the staff in the school. As investigation went on they let me know that they discipline a teacher by docking her pay . and when asking about the cameras of course they said they do not work so unless you are a comfortable and okay with your children being subjected to physical and emotional and verbal abuse please feel free to enroll your children Sad thing is there are few teachers who love what they do and it shows however they too will have to work under a tasteless establishment like such. They are currently under cps investigation.**** And it was a Infant teacher who was sent to the 2yr room who abused my bby girl.

Worst staff in Texas. Rude unprofessional sorry. Don't know how to talk to people don't know how to treat parents holla scream at the top of their lungs as soon as you walk in the door overnight staff don't want to answer the door you staying out there 3 to 4 minutes waiting on somebody answer the door they send you emails is not even yours. They have one way in one way out they don't enforce it. cars come in whatever way they want to. They have a picks and chooses about certain kids. they pinch kids especially in the 3-4. Year old room.

I absolute love this daycare. My kids have been here for almost 5 years now. Ms. Veronica is one of the best when comes down to helping the kids with they homework. She helps my kids understand their homework and love and treat them like her own. Ms. Lewis is pretty awesome herself always willing to help an very understand with me picking and dropping my kids off. My kids are never mistreated or hungry. The whole staff are very respectful and my kids respect them. Great location if you stay in Lancaster.

Just moved to the Lancaster area and was trying to enroll my daughter in school. Was looking for a daycare to help get her to school and pick her up after school and ran across this school. Thought is was very convenient with the hours of operation. All last week i called multiple times trying to get everything setup which was a pain dealing with the pretty lady with a not so welcoming attitude. I went to the facility twice and both times she was outside kicking it having a good time outside. I continued to go inside where no one was operating the front office. So i had to wait until she came back from outside to help. At this time she gives me all the information i asked for (again with the not welcoming attitude) and when i asked for paperwork to read over before i paid money for their services she refused and ask "Are you ready to Pay" said i couldn't get any paperwork until i paid. So i was like OK then i left. Yesterday 09-10-2018. I went to enroll my child into school driving to the school i noticed one of their buses driving along side of me where the driver was driving and texting in "A SCHOOL ZONE" . I continued to go ahead and finish enrolling my daughter in school. Then while i was at the Elementary School i called this place like 3 times and their was no answer. Probably cause she was outside kicking it again. After i leave the elementary school i went to this place and again the pretty lady is outside once again kicking it, laughing, and enjoying herself. I went in and their was this woman with the ugliest attitude that couldn't even look you in the eye while you talk to her (Bold headed lady) . I explained to this lady my concerns about the driver driving in a school zone texting and she acted like she didn't give a damn. Wait there's more!!!! I use their services for 3.5 hours so i can turn in my report at work to come back to this place to see my daughter sitting next to the teacher desk by herself and the other kids are playing , coloring, and having fun. I mean even the teacher was helping one kid color. As soon as my daughter got in the car she says " Mommy i don't wanna go their anymore" "They not nice" and "They wouldn't let me play" . Before i left my child their i wasn't feeling this place and i'm such a bad mother for leaving her their for those few hours. Please don't do what i did.. this place may be convenient for some people but it's truly not worth in organization mistreating your child or even dealing with those nasty attitudes and unprofessional-ism . I truly believe this will be the next daycare on the news killing someones child.I'm Black and i support black businesses because i have one of my own. This place right here gives us all bad names.Don't do it...Save your child!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
