Purchased a 10x20 unit which came v out to $200. But after 5 days I moved, I never even came on the property or even opened it. Canceled the storage with no refund except for the lock fee. At least that’s what they told me. Won’t be using them again.

I want to leave 5 stars for Ms. Roxy! I came into this location to get some info, because I couldn’t get to my actual unit that day. Ms. Roxy was super super helpful, professional and helped me out tremendously. Ms. Roxy went about and beyond to assist me and even called me back later in the week when I needed her help.
