I love Nancy, but today was my last time going. I’ve been going over 15 years because I got use to them but my lashes today sealed the deal! She can’t ever do my lashes again m. She done 1 eye twice and I still walked out with my lashes not matching!

Went here to get my acrylic nails taken off. Seemed like a simple enough task or so I thought. I'm not sure who it was that did my nails but she didn't do any of what I asked her to do. At first she attempted to remove my nails using a nail but I didn't want them taken off that way cause to be honest if I wanted them pulled off like a savage, I could have did that at home. I asked her to soak them off and she said okay, it'll take like 30 minutes, which I was fine with but it seems more like she was trying to talk me out of it. She also asked me if I wanted my nails cut afterwards and I told her no. After letting my nails soak for less than 10 minutes, she came back and began taking them off with the nail again!!! By doing this guess what happened, she was also ripping off my real nails!! So now, not only did she take my nails off the way I asked her not to, she also took my nails with acrylic nails!!! Hopefully the damage done to my nails with heal over time cause she completely ruined them. And she left acrylic on one of my nails that I have to try to get off. You couldn't convince me to go back here ever, not even with free services!!!!

This lady here doing my nails must need glasses or something because she only polished half of my toe and then she put so much polish on my toes they were clumpy. I should’ve asked for Linda. I found out after that she was not Linda because this lady was awful. I will never allow her to do my nails ever again if I ever come back. She changed my polish 3 times and then had to redo my toes because she kept messing up. She finally redeemed herself some on the 4th try.

First time getting my nails done at 53 and they came out absolutely horrible. The lady rushed doing my nails while I was getting a pedicure. 2 days later nails are separating from my nail. Some nails look as if I already have new growth...Ridamdiculous! These people love the blackgold that of spending power. As I said when I walked in there, keep your jokes to yourself this is business. This place here.

I felt welcomed but painful pedicure.. still had the residue from the scrub stained on my right foot. My services felt rushed and half done. My nails were butchered initially until I insisted for them to be refiled. First and only time i attended this salon. Wasted $48 rounded up to $50 here never again. Please take head of my strong warning, do not do it.
