Worse bank ever! They hold checks for 2 weeks & online tells you to go to a branch but they have no idea what to do in the branch. It’s a continuous cycle if anything goes wrong with online banking.

I only give this bank a 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I love Regions however, since moving to Dallas I think I need a new bank. The ATM at this location is always down. You can never get anyone on the phone the at the branch.

POOR COMMUNICATION, CONSTANT STAFF TURNOVER, POOR SERVICE!!! BANK ELSEWHERE.You would think the staff including the back manager and their corporate office would treat you better after the lose of my father. Trying to close out my fathers checking account WITH beneficiaries on it, has been extremely frustrating. I have no clue what could have been done better because they don't communicate. It appears I have to get an attorney to force them to release money.

Worst bank in the world. I would give zero stars if I could. With no warning they decided to close our account. Run as fast as you can from this bank.

I live in alabama. I'm at work in TX. This bank refused to accept my state issued paper copy of my renewed driver's license. They told me it doesn't look like what is in the system for state id's. AVOID THIS PLACE!I BET THEY WOULD LET ME DEPOSIT MONEY THOUGH!!!GARBAGE BANK!!!

Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend at all major inconvenience I was in the process of moving they put my account on hold for about 7 days. So, when I went to the branch to get my money they said they where not able to and I needed to verify my address I sent over a bank statement and me and Robert Taylor had a very bad disagreement he did not care about me or my children’s well-being and that being my last he did nothing to help instead he closed my account and mailed my check which I received a couple of weeks later I would definitely give zero stars!!! Also the representatives over the phone don’t know anything can’t provide you with any information they’ll just tell you to go in a branch! & disconnect the phone in the middle of a conversation..

Does not prioritize the customer, everything is at the convenience of the employees, if you are an essential worker, they do not work with your schedule, pay and deal with the extra elsewhere if u can help it
