I’m satisfied with the work that was done, but I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism that was shown afterwards.
I had my glass replaced through my insurance company. The auto glass department uses a 3rd party company when a claim is filed and that company dispatches your claim to the local company that you choose during the claim process. While filing the claim, it was stated to me that my deductible would be waved. Somewhere along the way this information was incorrectly stated to me, and I’m guessing was also not on the paperwork received by Renfro. It should have been standard policy for the person receiving the dispatch to ensure that my deductible was not owed and to communicate that with me when they called to set up the appointment.
Fast forward to today, the work is complete and I’m at home when I get a panicked call from someone stating that I need to pay my deductible. I start explaining that I need to double check against what I was told and she cuts me off stating “it’s $500, I can show you”. I reiterated that I needed to check with my insurance before I just pay it and she yells into the phone that she could get fired for this. While m on the phone with my insurance, not even 5 minutes later someone else calls me and leaves a voice message threatening they’d “hate to have to confiscate the glass”. I’m sorry, but you would’ve been on the hook for it and you wouldn’t have been confiscating anything from me.
Once I confirmed with my insurance what the mixup was, I did pay and I have no issue paying what was owed, but let me be clear- do not ever call somebody and leave a threatening message on their voicemail when the liability for mixing up the payment details lies on you. If I were a bad person, I definitely could’ve blocked the number and let you send it to collections where it would’ve been disputed. When someone is trying to do the right thing, give them a chance to do that.

Highly Recommend! Great customer service! Came in today to fix a rock chip on my windshield. Got a quote, agreed on the price, and they got me back on the road in 30 minutes. Will come back for future glass repair.

On Friday morning June 15th coming from Richardson Texas on the mix master of 74/45 . There were HUGE ROCK'S in my lane which caused me a blown out. I called Renfro Glass that I would be late and I got James, I explained to him what happened. He became very concerned about my safety and replied I'm on my way to help you . So not only did he assist me with my windshield made that I got the exact tire. Everyone at Renfro Glass is Absolutley Amazing!!

I had to go to Renfro glass in Lancaster my window came off the track walk into the office everybody was so nice they got to my car fix my window and sent me on my way very nice respectful and they try to get you in and out as fast as they can yes I love Renfro glass company that's off of 35 in Lancaster if you ever need your glass fixed call them they'll be glad to help you!!!😀😀😀
